Parking is a challenge but Arturo and Luisa guided us out each time.

Our room was huge and comforting. Excellent for a long stay. The daily breakfast was generous and wonderful. Location to all sites was convenient. Luisa and Arturo are incredible hosts.

L’Orangerie D’epoque is beautiful property in an ideal location within 5 minutes of historic Lecce.Our room was extremely spacious and very comfortable. Our hosts were very hospitable and really helpful concerning Lecce’s many attractions and local travel guidance. Breakfast was really enjoyable too. So a great 4 night stay and we undoubtedly recommend staying here.

Absolutely nothing, we loved everything!

Excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and right at the edge of the old town. Absolutely amazing and beautiful property, one of those with heavy antique doors and a mysterious world hidden behind them. We completely fell in love with the gorgeous garden – full of trees, flowers, and tables covered with white tablecloths. Breakfast featured delicious pastries, yogurt, cereal, milk, and coffee. Luisa and Arturo went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The courtyard is beautiful and so was the room. Luisa and her husband were very nice and welcoming. The B&B is also right next to the city centre. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it!

The only drawback was that the shower cabin in the bathroom was small, but it was not a problem for us; moreover, this was compensated by the antique style of the bathroom’s decoration and the beautiful towels."

As others have written, the building is exceptional. We did not expect it to be so impressive, especially the mosaics on the second floor and the garden, which exceeded all our expectations. The room was decorated with taste and attention to detail. The owners were extremely kind, they told us about the history of the house, gave us good recommendations for restaurants, and assisted us in every way. We highly recommend it!

A beautiful old house, ideally situated near one of the entrance gates to the historic centre of Lecce. We loved the garden with its orange trees which our ground-floor, garden-balcony and breakfast kitchen overlooked ...everything provided, not forgetting the fresh morning basket deliveries. A big thank you to our hosts, we had a wonderful stay in Lecce and also a visit to Gallipoli.

A beautiful oasis very close to the old town in Lecce. The room was big, clean and with high ceiling. The garden was big, lush, with fruit trees and a lot of places to sit and relax. The owners were very nice and welcoming. As an unexpected bonus we could park our car for free inside the premises during our stay.

The location for the old town was good. It was great to step inside a piece of history and see what hides behind those huge wooden doors. The room is within keeping of the style and age of the house.

What a surprise to enter a little wooden door off the street and find yourself in a magical walled garden with what feels like a Venetian villa. Everything about this B and b was perfect. The rooms in the ancient villa were massive and gorgeous, the grounds stunning with trees dripping with oranges and our host, exquisite. It’s right around the corner from the historic center of Lecce, which we enjoyed after morning espresso in the garden of the BnB. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We liked it all!

A beautiful old house in the centre of Lecce, we loved the spacious bedroom with its en suite bathroom, high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. On the ground floor, it was an easy step out into the enclosed, well stocked garden and close to good local shops and restaurants. Arturo and Luisa were delightful, welcoming hosts and provided all we needed, including for an excellent breakfast each morning. We look forward to returning one day!

Great location, 5 minute walk to the old town where you can find the cathedral and beautiful churches. The property had a beautiful garden with residential cats. Owner very helpful and friendly.

Arturo & his wife were very welcoming hosts. I appreciated the off street parking in the courtyard & Arturo was always available to assist reversing the car out by stopping traffic for us. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh cakes every day

There need to be outlets for phone chargers. Directions for finding the front door. There is a small sign we noticed only after a shopkeeper across the street showed us where the place was.

The property is unique and beautiful. It is on a typical city street, but when you open the doors you enter a different world. There is an internal courtyard with a beautiful, tranquil garden. The building itself is an historic property and the rooms are beautifully furnished with antique pieces. The host was incredibly gracious and the breakfast was lovely. You could eat it in your room or the garden. Also, it was in an excellent location. We loved staying there.
