Our stay at Relais Ponte Pietra was delightful. Positioned in front of the iconic Ponte Pietra bridge, the location couldn't have been better for exploring Verona. The room was cozy and just what we needed, and the breakfast, especially the fresh fruit salad, was a delightful start to our days. We also liked how friendly the staff was when they helped us during our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would recommend to anyone visiting Verona.

Rainy weather for 2 days, but we managed

Beautiful property, great location for exploring Verona. Lovely room with everything you needed for a short stay. The breakfast provided is wonderful and brought to your room which is such a luxury. The host has such a pride over the hotel and the city which shows throughout.

The property was perfectly located to explore Verona. The bed was big and very comfortable, shower was great. Host was friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast brought to our room was lovely. Highly recommend!

I can't think of a single thing that I'd change.

I've already started telling my friends that they need to book this charming B&B for their upcoming trip. I'm also planning on returning next year. The accommodations are more than enough, but the full breakfast this morning made this experience even better.

The location is excellent! Ponte Petra bridge, small restaurants, historic district and shopping are all just a few steps away. Breakfast is wonderful, generous, and delivered to your room. Located in an older structure, the rooms have been renovated and updated. Relais Ponte Pietre is a guesthouse that offers 6 rooms. Olga goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed, and to answer any questions you may have. We traveled with 2 other couples, and we all enjoyed our stay.

A few small gripes. Check in experience somewhat dampened by repeated requests from the host for a specific arrival time. It should be sufficient for the hotel to know that guests will arrive within the check in timeframe provided. We were travelling in that day from another country and via another region and felt pressured to provide updates and arrive by a specific time. Breakfast, while generous, was the same on the two days we were there. It would’ve been nice to be given the opportunity to nominate different options. Toilet paper was not restocked/replaced and, as there is no direct line to the host nor service desk, we resorted to buying our own toilet paper.

the in room breakfast was convenient but average in quality. but the food in Verona is so good, breakfast almost not necessary.

the location couldn’t be better. can walk to every point of interest around the city easily. access to the beautiful bridge and amazing city vistas. the top floor suite feels like you are in a palace. excellent A/C in the room. Ivano is a wonderful host. took care of dinner reservations, recommended excellent safe parking option for us and gave us a map of the city with a recommend route to see all the sites.

Being an apartment in a city on a street meant there was a lot of street noise throughout the night. However this isn’t the fault of the accommodation.

What a beautiful suite and the owner was so friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and told us a route to see most when exploring the city. The suite is amazing and very grand. Really lovely breakfast in our room as well.
