For us there was soundproofing from neighbors.

Good location, close to metro and train station. Very good breakfast. Kind staff, very helpful. Check in at night and answer questions before check-in.

- there was a constant smell in the room (I think it was from the bathroom) - we tried to keep the windows open all day but it felt like not much air was coming in - the bathroom was small (it was enough for me, but it was a bit uncomfortable for my partner)

- we had everything we needed - the host was amazing, both of them seemed like genuinely very nice people (last day of our staying I was feeling very unwell and they were nice enough to let us stay until our flight) - the location was good - it was not far from the city centre and the train station, but also it wasn’t in the dodgy area around the train station (even though the area around the building didn’t feel very safe, we had no issues) - easy to access the accommodation, very well secured - you had coffee shops and shops near by (there’s a small shop right near the entrance of the building if you want to buy some basics) - the bed was nice (an extra duvet would have been useful - it was a bit cold for me at night)

The room (no.2) had the windows towards the interior yard and there was a very bad smell coming in. It was our first trip to Rome. We were a bit disappointed with the attitude of the personnel (a bit colder than we've read in the reviews).

The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. It was near the subway and bus stations.

The B&B is super close to Vittorio Emanuele metro station. The hosts are very kind and nice people they help in case of any questions politely. The room was absolutely OK and clean. The breakfast was also satisfying.

I liked the cleanliness, the location , it was close enough to the main area with the attractions to walk to and close to public transport. The host was vey nice, friendly and helpful. Even if close to main roads, you couldn't hear the traffic. Also the breakfast was very good, it had enough variety :)

Ina is super friendly, breakfast is very good full of choices. This property is at an excellent location, metro is just downstairs, walking distance to all the Rome attractions. Shower is a bit small but clean, I would definitely recommend this B&B.

There was hair sticked to the shower head which was gross. Fridge was so noisy.

Self check in is nice gives you freedom to check in in every hour, very close to metro station. walking distance to Colosseum. The breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was very nice. The host greets you with a smile every morning and makes sure you have enough for breakfast. It is a family owned B&B and that's what you feel when you arrive. They make you feel welcome. 5 minutes from the station. Also very close to colosseum but the rest of the old centre is also walkable. I would recommend this place to friends and family and would come back if I would visit Rome again.

We arrived at 00:00, with the reservation done, but we could not get in the hotel because the reception was closed. We had to find another place to sleep. The next day, the hotel changed the reservation and we didnt pay the night we couldn't get in

I'm so glad i chose to stay in b&b a home in Rome, everything was above my expectations. The location is just perfect for walking to all the sightseeings and also very close to train and metro station, though Rome is a city that you must walk to enjoy, but you get very easy from the airport. The rooms are super clean, and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is just a great way to start your day wit lots of options, i drink only dekaf and they offered with a smile to make me one in the morning, you don't usually find dekaf in hotels and b&b. The neighbourhood has anything you need from coffe, super markets, eating and it's also very quite. And last but not least the hosts, great people that you can communicate and help you with everything you need. Thank you so much for making our stay in Rome so comfortable, definetely will be my first choice in my next visit to the eternal city!
