The check-in process was difficult as my group only has esims and the check in process required us to call the host and wifi wasn’t working and it took a while to resolve that problem with the host.

The property was as pictured and nice for the night we stayed there.

The place overall is not bad, I am not sure how giood it is if you do NOT travel by car (I mean use public transport) but for drivers it is relatively great, and what is important for Milan, parking is safe. The room we've had was fine, not too big not too small, the bathroom was outside the roon. Even though reserved for a specific room and lockable with the key, you still need to pass a small hallway. For us it was fine but some guests may find it irritating because you are too loud, even though you do not want to. I would say the place is not bad.

Small apartment very clean and comfy. Good for a group of three people or a couple with 2 children. Pet friendly. Located in a quiet place and close to the airport. Easy to find free parking in the sorroundings. Kitchen available with all the necessary supplies.

That the bathroom was separate. It was nice and private though but having to move within rooms wasn't the best especially in the night as I felt I will disturb the other guests.

The stop in this was due to one emergency in the travel plan, and was the first I found close to the area I was, was a nice experience, a share apartment but room with dedicate toilette, the host with excelent communication, good AC, nice clean. If you stay here I strong recommend go to the restaurant “La locanda del Gianpy” 11 min by walk also is a nice lagoon with turtles back of the apartment with a lot of rabbits jumping everywhere !

Difficult to use keys for room and bathroom, very fiddly every time (had to help multiple other guests checking in with the keys). Had to keep fiddling to keep shower warm.

Microwave, mini fridge and aircon were good. Water, coffee and packaged croissants were provided complimentary. Location was manageable. Everything was fine.

The shower was shaky and not stable to the floor. The blankets were thin and the TV was small.

The place was modern, clean and safe. There was water and snacks provided. It was cheap and cheerful place to stay where it can be shared for a group or family members. The AC worked perfect and the balcony was a nice touch.

Difficult to get a taxi from here but I think that goes for a lot of places, would also like a small fridge that works and some tea making facility, simple kettle and tea bags.

Nice place on the outskirts of Milan, difficult for taxis but If you had a car then it would be great. Comfortable beds, simple room, Aircon is good, coffee maker provided, great communication from the owner/manager.

The Bathroom was ok, shower was falling off everytime it was turned on. Didnt realise the San Donato station is quite a distance from the apartment.

Location was good as we needed somewhere close to Linate airport. Had communication with owner since there was a misunderstanding, but he was very understanding and at the end we got a full refund and got the room for the night for free.

It is not so convenient to use an exterior (private) bathroom, but it is something we know upon booking and the bathroom door was anyway just across our bedroom door, so it is not something that really affected our stay.

The location is really nice, green and with a beautiful lake right outside the B&B. It is a short drive to Milan downtown and the price was fair for that distance. The room itself was pleasant and very clean. The check-in instructions were also very clear.

It is far from any tram or subway station. There’s a bus stop near by but the bus is not trustworthy. If you’re traveling with a car, it might be fine. You cannot leave your luggage before or after check-in because there is no front desk. Be aware. The shampoo is terrible so better to bring your own. The light in the hallway is so bright that I could barely sleep….

I had a wonderful stay at San Donato Policlinico BBKing in Milan. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the city while still offering a quiet retreat. İt was so far from the city center inside of a building. they change an apartment to an hostel, kind of hostel There was a few room with their own bathroom and some of them have common bathroom. At the night yku can hear what they do or speak.

The biggest problem with this facility is the very thin walls. You can literally hear every sound from the bathroom and hallway. The locks crackle and wake you up in the middle of the night. The owner should make sure to soundproof the apartment and give better instructions on how to enter the apartment, because I had to get up at night and help other guests because they were howling all over the apartment (for two nights!!).

The room was neat, comfortable bed and coffee maker.
