it didn’t have proper blanket only the sheet and duvet on it, but as I see it’s very common for Italy Also no iron in the flat We were unlucky to get a flat at the zero floor , probably flats above were more cozy

Despite a sizeable kitchen there was no coffee maker, even though one is listed on booking.com and a moka appears in the photos. Also the shower needed some maintenance as the water didn’t drain away.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Quiet at night too.

We were not sure of were to go (to find the right apartment), since we agreed for the keys to be picked up by us late at night. Outside the apartment it is not really nice. On the hallway you will encounter many AC units of other apartments, but the inside... was really nice... recently renovated and makes you forget about the outside.

It was centric and the keys were easy to get. The host was flexible with the arrival and the apartment was well equiped. The bed was comfy and you have enough space, as a studio apartment.

Car parking - there were many options nearby but the reviews showed a high number of break ins and theft. As it was Sunday cars could be parked in the street for free - we found this out ourselves :)

We weren't told we needed to give a deposit of 15 euros in cash, which is weird because they always tell us in advance. Also, on the second night some neighbours were partying in the street just below our window and we couldn't sleep very well, but we'd like to think this was just a one time thing.

The location was perfect, very close to the centre, just 2min walk from the bridge and 10min away from the centre. The studio was a bit dusty, but overall very clean and very new. The host left some water and snacks for us at arrival, which is always appreciated.

Our room was on the ground floor, window and door were facing the entrance and gate - so there was no view at all and it meant that all other guests passed closely the window and glassdoor and could see directly into the room. Therefore we had to keep curtains covering window and there was no daylight. That did not disturb too much, since most of the daytime we were not in the room, but yet made feel as if it was a room without window and had to switch on lights in the middel of sunny day. In addition the noise of people just behind your door and window , when coming in and out and stepping the stairs was a bit disturbing.

Very good location! Being almost in the centre of the town, at 5 minute walking distance across the bridge, it is located in a small and quiet street, so that no crowd nor traffic disturbes. Frendly and caring staff, who kept in contact before check-in, to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Clean, airy and comfortable room with kitchen and air-conditioner.

There was no washing machine, neither a dry rack for washed clothes. The water boiler didn't work.

Quiet, clean flat with a simple kitchen. We only had breakfast there, a supermarket is 10 minutes walk from there. The bathroom is big and powerful shower. There is no elevator, we got a flat on the 2 floor, ok for us. The aircondition was quiet at night. There were salt, few teabags there which was useful.

Pillows - flat and useless. We both had to put other things underneath the pillow (only one per person) to get any support and comfort.

Great location. A few steps from the river. A very easy stroll over any of the bridges to the Arena (we were there for a concert), restaurants, shopping and other sites. Covered parking a few hundred metres away. We walked a lot and it was nice to be able to get back to the apartment for a rest or a break.

We booked this place last-minute due to a cancellation of another accommodation in Verona. Confirmation and check-in was very convenient and fast (30 minutes after the online booking). The apartment is very clean and modern. It's a very short walk to the city center over the bridge.

The noisy street next to the apartment and the mattress which was far too soft. A sharp knife, scissors and a drying cloth in the kitchen would have been nice.
