The room was very hot and a bit humid, despite the season. It was quite clean, but some long hair was left in the bathroom. The breakfast to the room is a nice feature, but the content was not that interesting so we just drank the juice and ate out.

Great location, easy access to the airport train and the key sights of Firenze. Good price.

Ideally placed, literally 200 metres from the train station. Right in the heart of the city so easy access to all the major attractions etc. Our host recommended restaurants for traditional Italian dishes and these were good and reasonable. Our room, no.7, was overlooking a courtyard so away from the road at the front of the property. We would certainly return and have no hesitation in recommending.

The only drawback for me is the Lift -it's hard to use for a family as it can only accommodate 1-pax with luggage at a time and A/C was blowing off dirt so I had to stop it.

Free Coffee, Microwave, Kettle, Goodies and Breakfast. Very Convenient to Station and Tourist Spots, Accommodation of Baggage after check out. Best value for money

Shower did not drain well, we mentioned it to management and hopefully, it was fixed for the next occupants.

Location was excellent. Train station was around corner and across the road. We had an early start so this was very convenient and suited our needs perfectly. Room was big and our balcony overlooked the main street which provided a great view of people going about their daily business. Even though the room faced a busy street, once the window and shutters were closed it was quiet inside. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate. There is a lift but it is very small and not only suitable to send luggage up. There was a lounge with coffee machine which was nice if you wanted a bit of space to stretch out and relax outside of your room.

The emphasis is on Old. Comfortable but old. Our room (#7) hasn’t been updated in a while. Hardly any water pressure in the shower. No extra outlets for charging phones, etc. Breakfast was just a bunch of tiny packaged items on a tray in your room, Pretty sad. No fresh coffee, baked goods or cereal. Table very cramped, could hardly move in the chairs. A/C worked fine, but blows right onto one side of the double bed, and direction can‘t be changed. Claustrophobics beware: Don‘t use the elevator! It‘s ridiculously small, has double doors which we hardly could close with 2 people and our backpacks inside. We chose to always climb the 2 flights of stairs instead.

Location just across from the train station is very convenient, a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Host Florio was very polite and extremely helpful.

The included breakfast was a tray of gross stuff left in your room. We never ate it. The reception is a desk right outside our door. The elevator was so small you could hardly get in with your suitcase. The hotel controlled the air conditioning, but at least he did turn it on when I asked

Old building can smell it when you walk in the room. This 4 level building had 4 different rental properties the sign was small and side by side with other properties. All the doors still used a key to lock and unlock so we have 3 sets of keys. Breakfast is included but we rather eat outside.

My only criticism is that the shower head in our room did not work perfectly.

The continental breakfast we received each morning was great. The rooms were kept very clean and they smelled wonderful. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The location is fantastic!
