You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Sweden- hotel is a a bit worn, especially bathroom - no kettle in the room
+ hotel is in the centre of the town + parking near by (free hotel parking is small and around 100 m away from hotel, but in front of the hotel there are two big paid parkings) + nice owner (and English speaking) + fresh orange juice and other tasty things for breakfast + small balcony + the room was clean and quite big

LithuaniaTwo rooms apartments was a little bit to small for 4 people, but for not long period time fit enough. The worst that behind the two rooms were is no doors, we did not have privacy from our kinds. There was two balcony one of them was with view to the parking place and this balcony shared whit the next room, only separated with short and thin wood plate and i did not like that it was too short and you could see the legs then somebody walking behind the wall. And spring bed was not so comfortable, because every your movement on the bed emit sounds and when next room with your kids without doors, so game over romantic evenings. Second balcony was also to the parking, but from sharp corner you also could see sea. Also wifi in our rooms was to weak and whole stay we use personal mobile internet.
Location was perfect, on the hill with great panoramic view to the sea. But from other side it's not easy to reach the sea on the escarp way down and up. We use two ways to reach sea, shortest about 1 km, but the way on sharp hill in small jungle track it's fastest but not so comfort. Another one is longer about 1.7 km, but much more comfort and with great few spot to the sea. Personnel was great, every day cleaning room, the owner Ricardo was warm take care on everything, I love such positive people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Everest Hotel in Gabicce Monte. The location is perfect, for exploration of the area, or for just plain relaxing and soaking up the view from the terrace of the hotel. We felt welcomed with open arms as Riccardo and his staff are thoughtful and eager to please their guests. Being treated as a guest is one of the highlights of staying here. They truly want you to enjoy yourself, your stay, your vacation. We arrived unknown, and feel as if we have friends now in Gabicce Monte. We're already planning our return in the autumn. We loved the balcony and view from our room. Breakfast was abundant. The hospitality was THE BEST!
