What a view across to the Ducale! Just outside the city walls. A few hills to tread. A lovely terrace, a washing machine (:))) and a very comfy bed. Lovely functioning aircon. If you are driving, the Host (charming and knowledgeable) can help you navigate near to the front door.

What a superb location! I would never tire of the view from the balcony, a perfect place to sit over breakfast or an evening drink and only minutes walk from the centre of town. Very comfortable and pleasant apartment. Egidio was a welcoming and helpful host who helped us up the hill with our luggage and showed us the best place to park. I would love to come back. Just be aware there are a lot of steep hills and stairs in Urbino if that is an issue for you.

Perfect location to visit Urbino, just 5 minutes walking from the central square. Kindeness of the owenership. Great terrace facing Urbino.

We went a wrong way (by Google map), almost entering the city center ZTL zone, stopped and called the host Egidio asking for help; he immediately came by motorcycle and led us to the apartment. The whole apartment is very clean and comfortable, and the view directly to the Palazzo Ducale from the balcony is so amazing as everyone said! The location is perfect and parking is very easy too! A bakery around the street corner makes very good pastries with lots of choices for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here, are interested in lots of things in and around and would like to come back again!

The apartment and our host were perfect!

This is a fabulous place to stay. The welcome from Egidio, our host was wonderful. He helped us park outside the apartment to unload the car, then accompanied us to the car park (below, in front of the apartment) and helped us buy a ticket for our extended stay. He could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The apartment is in a spectacular location, with, as its name implies, a perfect view of Urbino. On top of that, the apartment is clean and comfortable.

There was nothing negative about this property

We loved the incredible view of the Palazzo Ducale both day and night. Additionally it was in the perfect location to have the hire car parked so as to avoid having to drive through the old town. Our host was flexible and communicated re arrival, assisted us with check in and orientation as well as information on local attractions.

As mentioned, it's quite a steep climb to access the apartment. However, the entire historic center of Urbino is extremely hilly with several sights accessed by steep climbs, so if you're planning to walk around Urbino, the climb to the apartment isn't any different!

The apartment is very nice, located just outside the historic center with ample paid parking close by. We were able to drive up to where we could drop our luggage which was very helpful as it's a steep climb to to access the apartment. Everything in the apartment was as described. The terrace is amazing. We ate dinner on it both nights. Excellent location for seeing the town of Urbino.

Eguido's property is a wonderfully traditional apartment, in a quiet part of Urbino, just outside the old towns walls, with stunning views of the old palace. Parking is available close to the apartment. It had everything that we required and more. Very comfortable, and clean, and a pleasure to retire to in the evening.

The terrace and view were fantastic and the location was great. the apartment was very comfortable and we would happily stay there again. we only stayed one night and it would have been lovely to have stayed longer.

Great location near the main gate to the old city with a wonderful view of the ducal palace from the terrace. Convenient parking in an underground carpark just across from the apartment with reduced daily rates. Host recommended a couple of great local restaurants. An electric jug for making tea and a cork screw to open the wine would have been great to have.

The location is fabulous. Easy parking in square in front and very easy access to the main square of Urbino. The view from the balcony of the Ducal Palace is exceptional. I wish we could have stayed longer. Property was warm (we stayed in mid March) and the apartment had all the things you needed in the kitchen.
