There wasn't really anything we didn't like. However, when we stay there next time, we will book the larger room as it is further away from the common areas and kitchen.

A lovely B&B, in a great location. Very clean, and the owners are very nice and helpful. They prepared a good breakfast every morning. The room was comfortable and the A/C worked well. Close to shops and restaurants, as well as beach. You can walk everywhere.

This property is really nice! It is super close the the airport and located above a pedestrian walkway with lots of shops and restaurants.

Such a nice peaceful spot, right in the middle of a cool little shopping area. There was a bathroom in the room (I was worried after reading some reviews), and everything was very clean and comfortable. I was glad to stay here

They do not accept check-in after 11 pm and they asked me 10 euros per additional hour if I am going to check-in. First time facing this issue. However, I paid 20 euros as a salary. 😳

All was good, but I have to pick something, maybe I would have preferred a wider variety of salty breakfast. Although we had toast with cheese.

The communication and service was great. The location was really suitable for our little family, close to train station, just in the centre, near the sea. The rooms was really cosy and bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good (lots of fruits and sweet stuff) and coffee delicious. The accommodation was ideal for us.

It could be a little noisy at night with other guests coming & going as the walls are quite thin, but this is the general nature of these places.

Perla & Ricardo are the most wonderful hosts. So friendly, welcoming, efficient & helpful, with a great sense of humour. Room was comfortable and the shared terrace is beautiful & spacious. Amazing location by eateries, the sea & 10 min walk to the metro for Ostia Antica archeological site which was my favourite day during my time in Italy. Truly magical place. I would definitely visit and stay here again. Particularly great for a few nights to decompress after central Rome!

Amazing hospitality- Perla and Riccardo let you feel like friends, not as guests. Great terrace with oceanview, perfect for breakfast and evening drink. Short walk to the ocean and walking distance to the train station.

We loved everything. Pearl and her team were just amazing.After booking other accommodation that was nothing like advertised we left .Pearl said to come over straight away as we had a bad experience. Wish we found this place first.Room was so comfy .It had everything you could want.

The accommodation is within walking distance from the station from where you can get to rome in less than an hour. The room was nice and clean, and the terrace/balcony overlooking the sea was lovely. The Italian breakfast was a great addition, not to mention the service and hospitality of the host. If we ever plan on visiting Ostia or Rome again, we would choose to stay at Barochetto Romano in a heartbeat.

The owner was very friendly and kind. The place was beautifully decorated. The room was well-sized with private bathroom. The train station to take the train to Rome was a short walk away. There was plenty of free street parking. The airport (FCO) was a short drive away.
