Online we saw that there was a refrigerator in the room, so we brought some wine and cheese with us. Upon arrival at the room, there was a sign on the refrigerator saying that outside food and beverages were not allowed. This was somewhat confusing.

If you were any closer to the ocean you would be sleeping on the beach. 😁 The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

There was a trash ( cigarets, etc.) on the beach after people but it is about people in general not about the facility we stayed in.

we were unfortunate with our neighbours as their child’s screams were amplified through the air conditioning vents. we weren’t told there was a charge for the dog until check out, we would have preferred it to be noted upon booking.

The hotel is in a great location on the beach, the staff were sweet and breakfast was nice, the rooms were very clean and we found the bed really comfortable. one of the staff were generally around to make drinks etc, we enjoyed spritz in the garden with olives and snacks. the villa is in the perfect location to explore all of the amazing beach clubs around it.

The jacuzzi wasn’t possible to use as the water temperature was 18 degrees and it was taking a lifetime to heat which we eventually drop - wasn’t worth the struggle. There wasn’t much light in the garden in case someone wanted to read a book at night. It wasn’t fair to charge for some small snacks from the fridge - considering the cost of say, it should be included in the price.

The location and the private access to the beach was outstanding. All in all the garden and the rooms were great, the staff was fantastic and so was the breakfast. Our dog was well treated and could enjoy the garden and the beach to the fullest! Great stay :)

off season it is a bit remote. nothing in walking distance, no beach facilities open. 3 min drive if u want a coffee before 9 AM

Right on beach - I could swim early morning only a few steps away ! local to Monopoli for sightseeing - lovely upper terrace and lower area to relax in the sun - fabulous friendly staff - Elena - and the lovely lady serving breakfast - so smiley ! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty too … bedroom and shower spotless and loved our private terrace with its umbrella and comfy chairs all in all a lovely couple of nights - wished we could have stayed longer !

Everything was perfect! It's located literally on the beach so you can leave all your beach stuff on the lounges inside the courtyard and wonder freely outside. The room was awesome and it has this big terrace and the bathroom is sooo coooool. And they are so nice and keep the rooms so clean all the time! It has been a lovely experience! Also loved the breakfast!

The pictures on booking were way better than what we actually discovered once on the spot. There was a situation where a client was sunbathing naked two days in a row in a common area of the structure, despite being scolded. The staff didn’t handle the situation properly, you don’t go to the naked guy for the second day in a row and say :”for me it’s okay, it is the other customers who are asking for you to be dressed” and you make the client aware of which of the customers were the ones who requested for proper manners in a public area of the b&b where I paid to stay.
