The price is higher than what one would expect, however talking with the host, she explained that the city itself became incredibly expensive.

The room was spacious and clean, everything was working well in the bathroom. The host was kind and available to help us out. There was water for us in the room and the host offered coffee too, simple but kind gesture

Bit of noise from the hallway but nothing too dramatic.

Very clean and spacious room. Close to train station and still walkable to most Bologna attractions. Host was very lovely and hospitable.

A bit hard to find. Although history did response quickly to messages. Host said they are waiting for approval by city for new sign.

Nice large room. Snacks and fruit if wanted. Friendly host. Close to the main train station. Several places to eat nearby. Within walking distance from the main historical area.

Nothing, it was pretty good apartment

The room in the apartment was very stylish, clean, comfy and had enough space for anything. The host is very nice, explained everything and was always available. I had a reservation without breakfast but there is a corner with a coffee machine, water, candies and sweets which is basically can be considered as light breakfast. When I was booking this place I had doubts because pictures were not perfect, but in reality everything is super cool inside, totally worth it. It is 2 min from central station but not in the best district(too empty, silent) and u need to walk for 15minutes to get to the center. The host also let me keep my luggage for free after check out

Everything was excellent! The host was very welcoming and provided us with detailed instructions upon check-in. The room was supposed to be with a shared bathroom, but turned out we were the only guests using it, which was great. There were free coffee, tea, fruit, and snacks in the hall, which was an amazing way to start the day and get some energy before heading to explore Bologna. The location is very close to the center as well as the train station, which is pretty convenient. It's a quiet apartment building where you can get some quality rest. We also had a balcony, this is the only place from our Italy trip that offered such. We're extremely thankful that we were allowed to leave our luggage for some extra hours after check-out, as they were heavy to carry. I'd definitely book again if travelling to Bologna!

Great location, really close to the train station and 15 minutes away from the city center (walking). The room was large and very clean, bathroom was equipped with everything we needed. The host was really kind and waited for us until late in the evening, as we had a late flight. Even though the check-in was listed only until 18:00, we were still allowed to check-in later, free of charge. In the morning, we were offered coffee and pastry, just enough to get your day going. Also, in the day of the check out, the host was kind enough to store our luggage until later in the afternoon when we had our train trip scheduled, so that we can easily spend the day in the city, without having to carry our luggage with us. Would definitely recommend.

The lack of any sign on the street to informa us about the precise location.

We stayed here only one night. The apartament îs located very close to the main railwaystation. The host was very nice and we received a Free upgrade from a regular room without bathroom to a superior room with bathroom. We had everything for a decent breakfast. We experienced some difficulties în finding the location, but we received useful Information on the phone. We recommend for short stays.

Sadly it was a little noisy at night and the early morning due to the larger street next to the Appartement building and thin windows.

The room was large, the bathroom had a huge shower and all in all very comfortable. The hostess provided a little breakfast, water, juice and snacks in a little fridge in the room. The aircondition was nice. Everything seemed very clean and with a lot of love for detail. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious, light and exceptionally clean. Big bathroom with shower toilet and bidet. Generous complimentary snacks inside the room fridge and outside in the foyer. Lu was extremely friendly and efficient and check in was easy. Quiet and only a 5 minute walk from the train station.

There was no clothes iron.

Big room with a very comfortable bed and extra pillows. Classy bathroom. Good air conditioner. Just a couple of minutes walk from the central train station so it's easy to get to from the airport as well. Right on the edge of the historic, old city so it was a close walk. Friendly host.
