The parking for the property is a short walk away from the property, with some cobbled steps, and more steps up to it, but it was so charming, and after a long drive it was good to move our legs,so that we didn't mind it for ourselves. There were a number of dogs in the village, who barked a bit in the early evening, but were quiet through the night and early morning, so did not disturb our sleep.

We really liked the setting of this bed and breakfast, down winding cobbled steps, in a beautiful old village with many stone buildings. The place was pretty, with lots of flowers in pots and outside seating spaces at the front of the property, and including a small balcony with table and chairs direct from our bedroom. From the front of the property one could see a snow covered peak, which looked fantastic with the setting and rising of the sun, when it took on a pink hue. It was very convenient (but far enough off the main road for peace) for heading off early through the Simplon pass, and our host went out of her way to give us a nice continental breakfast of coffee and juice, rolls, bread, cheese, yoghurt, and croissant. some of which we took with us, though it was laid out beautifully on a table outside our room. Use of space in the fridge, with small freezer compartment in the common area outside our room was also really helpful for us, as we were travelling with food in the car. Provision of a kettle in the same area for making tea and flasks for the journey was also a bonus, for a bed and breakfast accommodation.

Peria was very helpful with ensuring I had parking. Went out of her way to have breakfast early for me when I was leaving. Room was very clean and tidy. The walk from car park could be an issue for people with bigger luggage.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here in the double room with private shower. The room is cute and charming with a beautiful mountain view. Having an espresso on the balcony overlooking the mountains was the highlight. Piera was very friendly and patient despite a language barrier. We left our bags here overnight while we went hiking - a lovely vacation in the Italian Alps accessible by train!

There was a small pantry right next to our room where guests could pick a small breakfast with a nespresso machine. Unfortunately there was a group of germans who deceided to have a loud coffee breakfast at 7AM. Because of this, sleeping was no longer an option. This was very unfortunate.

The view was great with balcony from which to enjoy Close to village with all amenities available Tea, coffee, eating utensils available, no cooking facilities but nice outside eating area if yo bring your own food. Beautiful bed linen.

We were disappointed there was no breakfast when it is called a bed and breakfast.

The room and bathroom were very clean. We really appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities. It is in a beautiful location.

We were traveling from the U.S. We were very surprised to find such a beautiful, quaint place. We really felt like we were in another country. The hostess was very nice and helped was with dinner reservations just down the road, which was a wonderful and very good.

Despite the fact that we have booked through booking.com upon our arrival she said that she has not available the room we have booked but 2 smaller rooms one without toilet. This happened because she has given the room to other guests. We insisted that we demand what we have booked and at the end she prepared our room. Very frustrating situation after a long journey

Located on the hills, it is hard to get to the B&B. The streets on the village are made for a horse and a carriage and a car driver must drive long ways on very narrow paths. For someone who is not used to this, it is a bit unnerving.
