The neighbours from the building next Door are pretty loud. I struggled with sleeping peacefully because of their night fights and sreams.

Noisy street on Saturday night, could hear music from bars. No elevator in the building, not a big deal if you like taking stairs but can be difficult with big luggages or for people with reduced mobility

Nothing. Climbing to 3rd floor was necessary because of all the great food in Palermo.

Property is at the limit between a great area and one that you don’t want necessarily to find yourself as a tourist. But nothing happened and everything was completely fine. Just a comment to be aware of.

We didn’t have internet in the room; the host mentioned they are working on resolving the issue. We had our own, but it was still an irritating and unexpected inconvenience. During our stay, the nights were a bit cooler (10-11 degrees Celsius), and the air conditioning in our room wasn’t sufficient to heat the room and the bathroom. I can’t imagine how it would be on even colder nights.

The host is excellent to work with, clean, tidy, the location is good. Hot water is always available, and the bed is comfortable. Communication was excellent; the host even checked if we needed anything during our stay.

We stayed three nights with my sister, we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, a/c working well, the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood. The acommodation is close to the city center, we walked almost everywhere by foot. The host was super nice, gave really detailed information about everything. His hospitality and kindness was outsanding, don’t hesitate to contact him if you have any kind of trouble. Thank you, Daniele! :)

Very clean and new apartment. The room was very big and we didn't feel like in a "box". The owner was very very Flexible and that help us a lot. The apartment is in Palermo city center. The air conditioning was working properly. I felt like at home.

The breakfast was okay, but the choice was limited.

We liked our stay in Donna Franca Rooms. Daniele was a nice host and helped us a lot! He gave us many recommendations and advice which places were best to visit and eat. The room was very clean and all new. The bathroom was separated, but only for us to use and also very clean.

We spent a week in Donna Franca Rooms and Suite and were absolutely satisfied. Rooms and restrooms are very clean, newly renovated, cleaning was every day. The location is very convenient, almost in the center, 5 minutes walk to Massimo Theatre, restaurants and bus stops nearby. Daniele was very friendly, kind and helpful and was always available for any questions via whatsapp. We felt very comfortable and would happily visit again :)
