Shower was a bit small, and I had to run the hot water for a couple of minutes before hot water actually came. While the hotel was easy to travel to by bus, but the came every 20-30 min from Garibaldi. If you miss it the walk back to the hotel is long and tiresome. Not the hotels fault, but something that annoyed me. The only thing missing in my room was a pair of slippers

Breakfast (eggs) were great. Rooms and bathroom clean. Location was easy to get and had a lot of restaurants near. Massimo and Fabiana were very accommodating, kind and helpful. I had to leave on Tuesday at 8, so I requested breakfast at 7:30. Which was 30min before breakfast start and they were happy to come in early just for me.

We only stayed a night, so there isn’t much room to complain :) It’s a lovely flat in an old building, so I would only say that the common area and the breakfast are being prepared in a big room that is just off the rooms, so if people are very noise sensitive and want to sleep until midday, it might not work for them, but it’s definitely not a problem for most people who are up in the morning and ready to explore the city.

Fantastic location, lovely hosts and nice breakfast on a big table. The communication was great and when we asked for a last minute addition for another person and another dog, this was no problem at all and the hosts were very, very welcoming. We received great local tips for good :)

As mentioned in other reviews, some plumbing issue in the building means there is a pretty bad smell in the bathrooms.

We were disappointed that the promised breakfast was not available to us. We had an early departure and there wasn't a take away breakfast option. The bathroom had a very strong sewer gas smell, something is wrong with the plumbing.

Our room was room number 4. This room has the best position when it comes to streat noise. The windows are good, but the streets are very loud. Only the first night I had small trouble falling a sleep (I have light sleep). Breakfast started at 8:00. We had bad luck in the fact that a large group was always before us and we had to wait for the table to become available. Perhaps there should be enough chairs for a number of guests, otherwise someone will have to wait and waste time. Our hosts did not speak English, however we overcame this with Google translate.

The accommodation has a very good location. It is close to the promanade and also to the city center. Breakfast was better than I expected, there were salty and sweet options. The host would also ask us if we wanted coffee and he would make it on the spot. The hosts were nice.

Only sweet option for breakfast with plenty of cakes, muffins, croissants, jams, Nutella, and yoghurt. No ham or cheese. No parking next to the property, the only option was close by parting with a discount of €30 a night. But the surprise was in an actual parking garage there was a museum in caves where we took a very nice tour.

Would have liked a kettle and a toaster we could have used for breakfast. Also milk on the table. Very small things because we are English .

The somewhat long flight of stairs but that's expected.

The location was excellent and we were informed that this was a high-end exclusive portion of Napoli as artisans such as tailor, goldsmiths live there. We were walking distance from the ocean which housed a good restaurant. Our hosts were wonderful - I wish I knew how to speak Italian but we somehow managed. The beds were comfortable. The shower was fine although drainage needs work. You will have to bring your own shampoos, soap etc. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

The staff give the impression that they are not very friendly. However, this might only be the language barrier since they don't speak English. More smiling could help ;)

The room was spacious and clean. The air-conditioner worked well. The location is very central for visiting Naples. The breakfast was of good variety. The staff were accommodating although they did not speak English at all.

very very kind stuff! my flight has delayed so that I wasn’t able to come at the regular check-in time. plus my phone was almost dead, I sent my last message to the hotel that I’m coming and can’t make an online checkin, then my battery was dead. as I came to the near of the B&B hoping that I can find it without map or navi, I saw a man holding a paper with my name on it! :) i think he is the owner of the B&B, but I don’t remember his name, sorry. It was really kind and nice! also the room was clean, the breakfast was good. thank you very much again.

They bathroom although exclusively for us was not attached to the room.

They property was comfortable and nicely decorated and in a great location. The host let us check into our room early which was excellent. The breakfast was one of the best we have had.

The breakfast buffet leaned way too heavily on sweet breads and pastries, though there was a tray of some ham and cheese. More choices of protein, including eggs; and more fresh vegetables and fresh fruit juices would have been appreciated. Bathrooms are not en-suite. Ours was directly next to the breakfast room, which was OK, but felt a bit weird. Also while clean, the bathrooms had a strong mildew odor, and the shower was of the extremely small square European variety.

We liked the location of this property—near the waterfront and the Chiaia neighborhood. Though on a busy street, the double panel windows kept the noise down. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were kept very clean.
