I enjoyed the location being less than a 10-minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Even though it's near the main areas, it's tucked away enough to escape the large crowds. As a solo traveler, their single room was perfect and had a fantastic view of Chiesa di Santa Maria del Giglio from my window. The hotel was very accommodating, and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again the next time I am in Venice.

No bottled water in hotel room, tv in Italian manly.

Location is very nice, you can even come straight into hotel with a taxi boat. A little far to grocery shops to buy something. We had to buy water every day. The staff is very nice and kind, they didn't mind us feeding the pigeons. Breakfast is quite basic, but very good coffee. Very nice not too crowded neighborhood but very close to San Marco. Everything in the hotel looks like 300 years ago, which makes you feel Venice atmosphere. I would come back.

Trully beautiful hotel on a great location just minutes away from St. Marco Square. Staff is so polite and friendly, room is beautiful in Venetian Palazzo style. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel has its own taxi boat dock.

I couldn’t get the water temperature adjusted correctly in the shower, but didn’t ask for help. It cools have been user error.

It was coincidently located and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast and coffee every morning.

The location is fantastic, close to major attractions and great restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent, especially the coffee and the overall vibe. It’s a cozy place to stay. The room was a bit small, but that’s expected in Venice. The hotel is about ~8 min walk from the water bus station, but it might take longer if you're carrying a lot of luggage, as there are some bridges and stairs along the way.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel that is very well located, in the heart of Venice. But what truly made our experience special was the incredibly kind and helpful staff, especially Antonio and Jacopo at the front desk. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome. They were the highlight of our stay, and we’re so grateful for their hospitality!

Rooms are a little small but don’t let this put you off.

Beautiful location opposite the church of Santa Maria al Griglio, which holds a wonderful Rubens artwork. Very easy to get to and to reach all the main sites. Charming decor, well air conditioned with excellent firm beds. Staff were all charming and helpful.

Shower water was slow to come out.

All the staffs were kind and friendly. The Hotel is close to the major attractions like St. Mark's Basilica but not too close to them. There is a narrow canal behind the hotel and we took the water taxi to the Marco Polo Airport right there. It was very convenient and it saved time for us.

The location was excellent with water taxi service right to the door! Also the vaporetto stop was easily accessible with no bridges! Breakfast was lovely. Staff was professional,efficient,helpful,and friendly.

The lobby and rooms were pretty, the staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast (included)was the best we had for our whole trip.
