Bed was lumpy and no tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Beautiful location, views were breathtaking. staff were fantastic couldn't be more helpful. Everything was so clean, good was delicious.

The only improvement we can think of is larger and better dividers between balconies. We paid extra for a room with lake view and balcony, but there was little privacy and, during our stay, a guest in the adjacent room was smoking on her balcony, which put us off using ours.

The location, the staff, the wonderful gardens, the beautiful main building and, above all, the views of the lake, could not be better.

We loved our stay here! The location was close enough we were able to walk to Malcesine and along the lake, and the views from the hotel were incredible! The breakfast was very good, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We would love to come back someday.

Only issue was with the shower drain - which was attended to promptly , but did not remain fixed, however it wasn't something that adversely affected an otherwise spectacular stay

Dinner options were geared more toward meat eaters. Jacuzzi in room didn’t work but we didn’t care.

Very little to say here. It’s on an elevated position so there is a slightly steep hill to climb from the main town of Malcesine but it’s also a lovely walk so not even really a negative point.

Absolutely stunning location and hotel. The views from the property are incredible. The staff in all parts of the hotel are so friendly and accommodating. A wonderful experience all round.

The evening meal was great for me but my partner found the portions weren't enough for him. Apart from that, they holiday was amazing.

Fantastic location with great views of the Lake. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. (We didnt book half board). We did have a meal in the restaurant on the evening of arrival and was very nice. We would definitely go back to The Belle Vue San Lorenzo (hopefully very soon).

Beautiful hotel and grounds, with a fantastic restaurant and staff. Especially the waiters - they were so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mauro, who made our dinners and breakfasts very enjoyable. We had vaguely mentioned that it was our honeymoon several months before our stay, but the staff remembered and upgraded our room and had a bottle of sparkling ready for us on arrival. 10/10!

The parking and the long walk up the hill to the hotel. The showers are also incredibly small.

The views were unbelievable. Having breakfast every day outside was so amazing! The wait staff were very attentive. The ladies at front desk were very helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay. The view from our room was stunning. The pool and restaurant also had beautiful views. The hotel staff were brilliant and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic quality. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the lake and Malcesine. Ample parking too.

Great proffesional service from the moment we walked in. The garden was beautifully maintained! Staff very friendly and well groomed. Was a very special time for my family, was our first time at Lake Garda and Malcesine. We are from a long place away in New Zealand but will be telling all our friends to come to Bellevue San Lorenzo. Exceptional place with exceptional staff and service.

A stunning property (houses, garden, pool, lake view) in a wonderful setting (lake and nearby mountains). Plenty of kind attentive and hard-working staff in all areas. Excellent breakfast and restaurant (we had supper twice). Generous and tasty drinks and cocktail food on Thursday. Walking distance from Malcesine. We are longing to return.

Some people putting towels on sun beds and not using them for ages.

Excellent service and very clean and tidy. Nicely spread out with pool and grass areas. Helpful staff. Live piano Music in the evening. Good breakfast and evening meal. Snacks and drinks around the pool. Great location. Free bikes to use. Great Spa facilities. Thoroughly recommend this place. Will go back there. Lots more to see and do in the area.

Fantastic location a short walk from Malcesine and incredible views over the lake. Breakfast buffet was consistently good and the dinner we had in the hotel was great too. Also the staff took a special request for my wife’s birthday which was wonderful - a special thanks to Valentina and Fabrizio for this!
