since all of us had the room with balcony, the view from the balcony was spectacular, can't get enough of it, two good point why we choose this hotel, on site parking and no need to walk hill, the room was very large and clean, feel comfortable.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like.

Loved absolutely everything about Hotel Bellevue. Upgraded on arrival, my room spacious & incredible terrace overlooking the ocean. The family run hotel is a home away from home. Felt truly welcomed from the moment I arrived on their doorstep.

The drink ordered from the bar was far too strong and expensive - a double that we didn't ask for. Walking into Amalfi town is downhill for 15 minutes, but a local bus is recommended going uphill with bags.

The view from our balcony and above on the large, open terrace was truly spectacular. The hosts were very friendly. The morning breakfast had a good buffet with friendly staff.

The location is not too close to the center and the roads are not pedestrian friendly (not the fault of the hotel)

The beds were a little hard for us.

The hotel was incredible. Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and the room was large and bright. The staff we wonderful. It is a bit of a hike to the Amalfi town proper but with views along the way and the sun shining it was fine. The staff couldn't have been more wonderful. Definitely would stay here again.

we came very late on that day due to the cancellation of the ferry & missed the bus stop. Thank you Antonio for your patience waiting for us that night. Nonetheless, he apologized due to our reserved room [ with sea view ] has a bit problem & need to be moved to other room with side view, which actually it's not a big problem for us [ we could still see the whole sea view from road across the hotel]. However, he is very generous to give us the compensation with the free breakfast [which is marvelous] & give a service to drive us to the bus station on the check-out. Thank you so much. We really appreciate that. Very nice hotel and easy to find it, it is about 10 minutes by bus from the central [ if you carry a baggage] but it is actually walkable to city center. It is beautiful especially at night and safe. They have also have a terrace on the top which is nice if you just want to lay back & enjoy the view.

There was not one thing we didn’t like about it, we liked it all.

It was the most beautiful one we have ever stayed in. The terrace was outstanding. Thomaso was ever so kind and friendly and he smiled a lot. He brought us up the most wonderful tray of delicious food. It was a joy to stay at his hotelEvery

I liked everything!

The property was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us restaurant recommendations and they were always around if you needed them. I booked a standard double room without a sea view, they upgraded me on arrival to a double room with a sea view for no extra charge. The view was exceptional! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice and big with a great shower! The property is about a 15 minute walk from the main centre of Amalfi, it’s a beautiful walk with the views but it is uphill on the way back which can be tiring.

We liked everything !

We arrived in Bellevue Hotel abt 10pm. Señor Antonio gave us a warm reception. He askedbifbwe had booked a seavuew room abd i replied that we sis not bec we knew we wld arrive late that evening having come from a busy day of touring from Sorrento, Positano, Ravelo. We said we did not book seaview room bec we wouldnt anyway see the sea since we knew we wls arrive late at night. We had also earlier planned on checking out immediately the fflg morning right attern after breakfast . But Señor Antonio immediately said that he wld upgrade our room to sea view bec now i realized that hebwww us to a sea view room! Of course we were very happy for this opportunity. The fllg mornibg we quickly opened our balcony door to view the beautiful Tyrhhenian Sea ! He knew the view of the sea wld excilerate us and gave us a new experience. We are truly grateful to a very hospitable host gave us a memorable stay. Breakfast was good ! We liked the plateful of burrata cheese cherry tomatoes in olive oil !! We will recommend Bellevue to our friends and relatives. We hope to visit again soon !

There was a picture of a pool on the website (booking.com), but there was no pool.

The room was great - comfy bed, good shower pressure, nice bathrooms and room overall, AC unit. Rooftop terrace was nice and spacious. Breakfast was great and delicious! Staff was very helpful with directions, accommodations, and recommendations. They even dropped us off in their car to the port when we left. It is about a 15-20 minute walk into town, but after the first time it was a really nice walk with great views of the coast.
