We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

It was April and 65°f outside, the heat was set to 64°f (17.4°c) but the room was 79° (25.5°c) and got hotter. Plus, the window was locked with a key lock, so I could not open the window.
Clean, great food and service. Spacious rooms.

Internet dropping off
Although a bit dated, the hotel has lots going for it and it provided a great value for money for us on our 1 night stay. Massive room! Lots of amenities provided. Great location

It was a bit tired though clean

The pull out sofa bed instead of 2 twins was quite uncomfortable. The only downside.
Bar staff and reception staff very polite and accommodating . It was clean and had facilities needed.

I left my passport behind in the room. Luckily I was not leaving Italy immediately. The hotel, Giorgio, contacted me right away, thru Booking.com, and secured it until I could return. I was reassured the passport would be safe. Thank you to the Housekeeping and entire staff. This was my third stay at Cavalieri Della Corona. I’ll always stay here when traveling thru Malpensa. PS. Great coffee, bar staff, and front desk…!!!

There wasn’t any power outlets next to the bed for charging our phones, which was quite inconvenient.
We had to drop our rental car off at Malpensa airport very early in the morning & it was only a short drive which made it very convenient.

Value for money is extremly good, room was big and comfortable, beds very compfortable, everithing clean. Furniture is not so new, but blankets, sheets and towels are very new and perfectly clean. Bathroom is very big and clean. We stayed only one night before flight and had very good rest.

Nothing to see around the hotel
We came on a late flight and the hotel was open in the middle of the night for late check in. It is just 5 minutes in a taxi from Malpensa terminal 2

This was an excellent place to stay for an early international departure from Malpensa. The hotel was in close proximity to the airport. The standard of accommodation and thevhotel restaurant met our expectation, and the airport shuttle provided by the hotelm to and from the airport was prompt and economical.

One thing I would say is the breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar food options were quite limited.
The hotel was close to the airport and about an hour away from the city centre and Como. Staff were helpful, friendly and were available 24/7 answering whatever question you may have. The gym was quite a task to find but it had the sufficient equipment to get your workout done. All in all, my family and I were content with the rooms we were given and the overall experience we had at the hotel.

The location is not near The Airport, should have a car, and not easy to drive to the Hotel is not right on Google Maps, The first Reception was to get us in the family room not as we booked in a Suite room because it is not in same buildings. we should fight for the Suite room by showing pictures on the bookings so they change the room later.

We arrived very late at night, but the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything. The room is large and the double bed is huge, but it was a bit too hard for our taste. Other than that it was very comfortable. Thank you.
