There was a problem with the water in the bathroom

The customers above my room were chatting and walking around 3 am. So horrible. Loud noise. I was awaken because of them.

The room was nice so that I could stay comfortably. Wide, clean and full of services. One of the stuffs was so kind that he asked the customers above my room to stop chatting instead of me i the midnight around 3 am.

Rooms are outdated so it feels more like 3 star hotel. Gym needs more equipment and renovation.

Hotel is well positioned if you are visiting Italy by car. It is also across the way from superstore. It is clean, but the rooms are also outdated and could be renovated. Hotel has a gym but it is very bad for a hotel this size. It has couple of bikes, trademils, and orbitrek. It also has one set of weights. I do not expect a smith machine, but a bar and couple of disc weights should not be that big of a issue. If you are a cardio bunny you should be fine, but if you are lifting serious weights this is not a serious gym. At all. Staff is very polite and very professional. And the breakfast choice is excellent. Here I would only recomend to add more light/protein version of products.

Terrible coffee and the hotel in need of improvements/renovations. Room was warm and seeping with window open was noisy and you smell car exhaust as it’s right by the freeways.

Good breakfast options and they accommodate gluten free. Close proximity to a super good gluten free pizza place so heaven if you can’t have regular pizza. Bus 14 takes you downtown in 20 min or so.

Comfortable accommodation, super clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. The staff went far and beyond and provided us with an upgrade. I'd definitely come back! :)

The location is great, rooms and toilets are spacious . there is lot of public transportation to the city center and other areas less than 5 minutes walking from the hotel. opposite the hotel there is a great restaurant named BACLAS - La Pantera Rosa with fantastic local dishes .... there are no problems to park the car at the hotel parking or just nearby the entrance - well recomended

I would pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

The hotel staff was welcoming, good breakfast, spacious room, quiet hotel. From Bologna Airport to the Central Station you can take the Marconi Express train, tickets can be bought at the station. For public transport in the city of Bologna, there is a travel card for 1 day or a City Pass with 10 trips.

Poor bar area - could best be described as the restaurant reception area with only a couple of tables and drinks dispensed from the restaurant rather a dedicated bar. Restaurant was a big disappointment for dinner. A large party of 40+ noisy people meant we could hardly hear each other speak, while the food was very poor - chicken supreme (hardly Italian cuisine that the restaurant claims to serve) was dry with no sauce and very bland, while my Salmon was tasteless.

Not the easiest place to find as SatNav took us of the motorway and tried to direct us down a road that was closed!. Once at hotel, very prompt / efficient Reception staff. Excellent sized modern room with plenty of hanging space and good sized bathroom. Very good options for breakfast.

The hotel is 20-30 min from the center by public transport. There is no possibility to open a window in the room and have any fresh air. It was very dusty in our room because of this issue. I would suggest to change breakfast from time to time. The cleaning staff was quite inconsistent. One day you could get 1 water then next day 3 waters, and the same for all the other things like bathrobes and shampoos.

Our room was located on the high floor and we enjoyed the view. It was also spacious with modern design. Breakfast wasn’t expensive but quite repetitive. The staff was quite hospitable and every my request was satisfied. There is a big supermarket and a good pizzeria nearby which was quite convenient.

Not really good location, need at least 35-40 minutes to reach the city center. The carpet of the room was old one and seems dirty. The face towel was completely torn.

A dog bark all night and no one did something from reception, even I announced this inconvenience. Room needs renovations and a better cleaning. Carpet is dirty and torn.

Sink and bath semi clogged, no slippers, no ventilation in the bathroom, heating was insufficient / deffect, no more than 20 degrees in the room
