As a solo traveler I didn't need such a large bed that took up so much of my small room

Very nice hotel with comfortable but small rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is excellent. I was traveling on my own and had trouble finding the hotel tucked away in a narrow street but you wont find a better location near the old port for the price. With elevator access, my small room was dominated by a too-large bed but was comfortable and had all the amenities I wanted. I would stay here again and I recommend it without reservation.

It was quite a small room and even a smaller bathroom which made the movement around a little complicated. I would not recommend using the same room with two people...

The shower had very weak water pressure, though was very hot. The room’s window opened onto a horrid dark light shaft which smelled of frying oil in the evenings. Air conditioning did not work and temperature set at 19 degrees made room stuffy.

Great location just off the Sottaripa and waterfront, within walking distance of all the main sights. Helpful staff member at reception when I checked in who gave me a map, explained how to get to main sights and recommended eating places. Room comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean.

Be aware that parking in the Portico Antica area is limited to paid parking. The hotel makes you fully aware of this and offers several options to park your car nearby

Great family room with lots of space, located right in off the harbour in the a great district with shops and restaurants. A good buffet breakfast and provided left luggage storage service.

The shower is tiny. The old city center needs desperate cleaning as few streets from the hotel and one is in ghetto. Not nicest walk back with kids even at 8pm

The room was neat and clean, though wallpaper color - red was a strange choice. Nice two level bed for kids. Location right in the old city center (if one actually wants to be there). Good restaurants just around the corner. Parking with discount from the hotel within 5 min walk. Decent size for suv.

My Only Complaint Was That About 11PM And 4AM There Were NOISES Outside From Rowdy People And SUPPLY Truck Delivering Supplies.

The Staff, The Food, The Room, Were All AWESOME!! The Staff Helped Us With Lost Luggage And The Breakfast Food Was GREAT!! The Location Was GREAT. We Found A New Church, SanFillipo Close By. We LOVED The Church.

the A/C was fixed at nothing below 23 celsius because of the “winter”; it was 10/31 and I was with just a T-shirt outside… the elevator is very small. The room is Basic with capital B; don’t expect a cozy room…
