While my stay was generally enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could have been better. One notable point was the breakfast, which, while decent, didn't quite meet the standards I would expect from a four-star hotel. The variety could have been improved, and the quality of some items could have been better. Additionally, I found that the room lacked certain amenities or features that are often provided in higher-end accommodations. For instance, there might have been issues with room cleanliness or maintenance that detracted from the overall experience. In terms of improvement, enhancing the breakfast offerings with fresher and more diverse options would be beneficial. Furthermore, ensuring that rooms are thoroughly cleaned and well-equipped with amenities would enhance guest satisfaction. These adjustments could significantly elevate the overall experience for guests staying at the hotel.

I appreciated the breakfast provided, although it fell slightly short of the expectations I would typically have for a four-star hotel. Nevertheless, it was still quite good, offering a decent selection of options that were enjoyable. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities, contributing to a satisfactory stay. Overall, while the breakfast could have been improved, it still added positively to my experience, accounting for approximately 75% of my satisfaction during my stay.

Very low water pressure in shower and toilet. No shampoo or body lotion. Only shower cap and a wall mounted soap dispenser. There was quite a bit of noise from maintenance or construction when we were there.

Area is a residential area, so very quiet and not many bars, restaurants or shops in very close proximity. Disappointing that no food facilities at the hotel given the lack of restaurants/cafes/bars close by. Links to more central areas very good though. We booked this hotel as close to the auditorium where we went to a music concert on our visit, and hotel location for that.

Our accommodation in Rivoli was satisfying compared to the price. As a drawback, I will point out that they did not change the bedsheet although we stayed four nights (especially for a 4-star Best Western hotel, I think they do it every two nights). Furthermore, although the bath towels were replaced on a daily basis, the day before checking out they didn't and they didn't even provide the coffee machine with coffee and milk. If I wasn't satisfied with the whole cleanliness of the premises during my stay, I should have complained.

It was indeed a very clean room. The bathroom must have been recently renovated and it was also clean, cozy and comfortable. The area although not so close to downtown was quiet and the bus stop was almost outside the Hotel. The staff at the reception was also very kind and helpful!

Bedclothes were strange, the often-used blanket was loose between two sheets without zip fastener. The air in the room was a bit stuffy, air conditioner loud (had to turn it off to sleep), but powerful.

Relaxed surrounding, but comparatively long ways to city center (the busses in Roma are kind of random). Friendly stuff (24 h reception), various breakfast. The room was clean in aggregate.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Property was beautifully kept, clean, quite ornate. Breakfast was varied and had everything I like. Room very comfortable and had everything I needed. Had a balcony although I hadn’t requested one, though sadly didn’t use it due to the weather.
