Nothing. Although expensive for camping, it is relatively inexpensive for this location.

We were welcomed very late at night. The concierge was very polite & carried my case. It was clean, quiet & comfortable. The view was beautiful.

It would be nice to have more towels. Ensure you bring your own towels as they would provide with 2 towels per person per week.

Very good position, close to Sorrento. Friendly staff, a big thank you to Angela the lady at the bar, Always smiling, friendly, helpful😊My daughter enjoyed a lot the kids club and make her feel more independent as well.. I would definitely recommend this lace for family's holiday.

Bed was very hard. There were a lot of teenagers here who appeared to be on school trips. This made the environment loud at times but overall wasn’t too much of an issue.

Location was good, small town outside of Sorrento with good access to a train line. Beach restaurants were close and good. Beach is quite a few stairs down but views from the bungalows are nice.

Bring your mosquito spray! If you sit outside in the evenings, you’ll need some repellent on hand. Nothing against the property as they have access to some beautiful views.

There was a few ants found near one of the windows. Also on the listing it stated the room had a hair dryer which was not the case so this did cause inconvenience during our stay as we did not bring one from home. The bed only has a sheet on for a blanket which was fine however due to the air con we did find it to be a little cold in the night so a thicker blanket would have been nice to have available alongside the extra pillows offered. We paid to have breakfast one morning which cost €10 each, which isn’t an outrageous cost but we felt for what the offering was didn’t match what we had paid.

Having read the reviews of this property prior to our arrival we were a little worried about what to expect when we arrived. When we arrived we were pleased with our bungalow, don’t get me wrong it’s not a five star resort but the reviews we read made it out to be run down and dirty which is not the case. The bungalow was a good size with a balcony which had an amazing view of the sea and sunset in the evenings. The bungalow was clean and in good condition, minor faults like some chips in the paint work but nothing of significance to effect our stay. The bungalow has air-con throughout the property which was very effective and was controlled by remote. Not long after our arrival the light bulb did go in the bathroom, we called reception and someone came within 5 minuets and quickly resolved the issue. The complex has free wifi all around the facilities which having read a previous review stated it did not have wifi. Our bungalow did have a kitchenette but we did not use this during our stay so I am unable to comment on this facility but looked to have everything you would need to cook at the property. It was no problem for us but it is worth noting that depending on your mobility levels there can be quite a few steps to the bungalows depending on what level you are on. Property is a 10 minute walk to the train station where you can easily use the public transport to get around between Naples and Sorrento.

The room and crockery were a bit dirty when we arrived. Also the room is supposed to be cleaned after a week but we just had a pile of clean sheets but no actual cleaning.

The location was lovely and the layout of the hotel with the rooms on different levels was pretty. Our room was compact but fine and the balcony was a good space for eating. The free shuttle back from the beach was much appreciated as it is a hike back up especially for little legs. The pools were good, possibly a bit small for older children, but the slides would entertain most. Also a small play area, table tennis and trampolines provided some fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the bar/restaurant was tasty although the menu was limited. We enjoyed getting pizza from a local pizzeria to eat on the balcony. The beaches are nice but be prepared to pay as the public ones are tiny.

The shower drain hole smelled putrid which was quite overpowering in the bathroom. Also, the shower cubicle needed a really good clean; the base was grubby & there was a lot of bold & mildew on the tiles & plastic cubicle. More 2 star than the acclaimed 4 star. For those with walking or health issues it's a total no as the whole site is on a steep slope. The restaurant is over 300 steep steps down.

The view was great. Maybe that was why it had awarded itself 4 stars??
