In my opinion the superior rooms contain design errors. The rooms are divided in 2 floor: in the lower floor there is the kitchen and restroom, on the upper floor there is the bed. The air conditioned is located between the 2 floors. The warm air goes up and cold air goes down. So, it means that in the kitchen Is always very cold and bedroom Is always very hot…. and there is only a small porthole (but in the kitchen there is a small balcony). So in this terrible hellish extra warm summer, is hard to sleep in this situation; maybe is better to sleep in the kitchen in the armchair. So it’s necessary to orient the air conditioning openings upwards to cool the bedroom.

Good hotel, quiet and comfortable. Big rooms, full of amenities. My room was like a small apartment, with also electric stoves, fridge, coffee machine, dishes and so on, good for a long stay.

Quiet and clean room with a beautiful view of the sea. For breakfast, we had a choice between cheese, eggs, ham, delicious pastries and viennoiseries. The staff was always smiling and attentive, ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In the evening, the restaurant's menu was simple, and the dishes were well prepared.

Location is not good. It seems it is in some kind of industrial zone, all around the hotel, not good sight. Hotel is outdated, like it's stuck in the 90s. That's why I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It didn't look promising from outside.

Far from center even by car. The area has nothing attractive. The rooms are minimal, old interior design. It's clean, but would be a 3 star even decent, not a good one. 4 star is a mistake.

Breakfast, I expect 4* continental breakfast, on the breakfast missing vegatable, juice was terrible that was not juice just some cheap concetrate in water. If you want bacon you have to go maximun in at 7:10. The touste machine: 2 times you need send bread througt conveyor and distance beetween them must be minimum 5 cm, I had around 2cm and almost machine and hotel burned. Coffe automat: missing holder for small cups, in case of using small cup, your throusers will be whole of coffe, the angle of nozzle is really strange.

Room is OK, cleanest of tthe room on the high level, new silent freedge of minibar.

Room was large, but not very comfortable. Bring adapter plug, since all sockets in the room are Italian only; no socket to charge your laptop! TV is only Italian channels only and no Internet capability. Best place to watch a film is on your laptop on the bed, despite the large room.

As the location is next to main street and AC was switched off, it was not possible due to the noise sleet with open window, therefore it was quite warm in side.

There was a problem with our bathroom, which was unfortunate but not the fault of the hotel staff. We were not early for breakfast and by that time the egg was cold and sloppy and the bacon was cold and rock hard. This is often the case in hotels. The non-cooked element of the breakfast was fine.

The room floor was a bit oily, towel had strong breacher smell, jacuzzi bath was dirty and not working properly. I had to clean it before using the bath. No dinner service was available, which was not informed in advance. Not the level of Best Western Hotels.

Very close to the University of Torino, so good for those who visit the university. Reasonable price. Breakfast was not so bad.
