Our stay in Rome was wonderful, and this hotel was a big part of it. Communication with Giuseppe was outstanding—he was always quick to reply and went out of his way to share tips and recommendations that made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better: right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the main attractions, but still in a quieter residential area that gave us a peaceful place to relax at the end of the day. The room itself was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real blessing during the warm summer days. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

The room and balcony are beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I enjoyed coming back to the air-conditioned space after exploring Rome and the Vatican. The host was friendly and helpful.

The suite was amazing! We had everything we needed. It was clean and cozy and the host was the kindest person ever! He had prepared for us a map and he explained us everything like where we should go, eat or just have a walk. We recommend this place to everybody.

There is nothing negative with this accommodation! Plan your stay according to the check-in times provided, and you will have the best experience in rome!

Blue Inn luxury suites were fantastic. Me and my partner were looked after very well by the host, he is very helpful, welcoming, and friendly when you arrive. He showed us to our room, showed us the fantastic facilities. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Even sending us a list of local restaurants and bars as it can be quite overwhelming to find a good place to eat, especially around the tourist traps of the city. We stayed in the luxury suite and wow, it was amazing. The hot tub after a busy day was a perfect addition. The bed was really comfy. It came with a gorgeous balcony to sit on in the mornings and evenings. And a smart TV which had all the apps you need to watch your favourite things. An iron and hairdryer included and a safe for valuables. Air conditioning throughout the building and a lovely kitchen that had free hot drinks. It was exceptionally clean, too. The location was perfect for getting around. 15 minutes walk from trevvi fountain. And a metro station and taxi bay just down the street. The location felt very safe as we were by an embassy and official buildings. It is so quiet and off from the tourist areas. We miss it already!! We will be back 10/10. Thank you so much to our wonderful host, and we will be back!

Nothing at all, it was great. However, one thing people should know is that because this isn’t a hotel style booking, you will need to store your luggage off-site (don’t worry, the host provides some options) and be prepared to go do some activities before check-in time if you arrive into town early (e.g.; not a “hotel” with a lobby space to wait), which is just good to know if you have kids, traveled a long way/are tired, etc.

We had a great stay at Blue Inn. The property was in a great location and our room was very clean, with a stunning balcony view! Giuseppe is a lovely man, he was so helpful with recommendations on things to see, food, travel and whenever we needed anything he was there to help. You can tell he really cares about his guests. We had a great time in Rome and saw a lot thanks to him. Would come back here again!

Everything. Location was great. We walked everywhere including to the Vatican (maybe too far for most but we liked the walk). Close to many places to eat, grocery and was a great cafe 2 mins away that we went to everyday for breakfast. Our room and bathroom was huge and nicely decorated. Check-in and out was a breeze. Location was quiet and felt safe at night. Got tonnes of suggestion from our host, Giuseppe, which we did use his recommendation on restaurants which were all delicious. We had a great time in Rome.

Location was amazing! Apartment is great, bathroom was nice and clean, apartment has beautiful small balcony which gave the most amazing experience of this location. We used it for taking coffee, eating breakfast, planning our days in Rome and just enjoying. Location itself was amazing; just about 7 minutes from Termini and around up to 20 from all locations in Rome we planned on visiting. I would return there without thinking twice.

Very nice place to stay! The staff were incredibly kind, especially Guiseppe, who helped us a lot, he recommended the best local spots to visit and where to eat like Romans do. The location was also great, around 20–30 minutes on foot from Rome’s main attractions.

Very small thing, the kettle was outside of the room in a little kitchen area. But we were lucky our door was right next to it. Also it would be nicer if there was a little more of a screen between you and a neighbour outside. But again only a small thing and we loved having the outside space regardless.

Great room in Rome, the best part for us was meeting the host Giuseppe. He told us so much information about what to do and where to go it was amazing. Having the balcony was a godsend! Although a little out of the city we loved being closer to Borghese Gardens. Stunning place to visit and we spent a lot of time there.

The apartment was lovely exceeded our expectations and the owner Giuseppe was so lovely and helpful. He gave us so many recommendations and told us how to get to tourist attractions and even took the time to stand with us and show us on the map how far away they were. Giuseppe even took the time to message me his recommendations of where to eat around the city. We had a lovely stay. The apartment was around a 10 to 15 walk to all famous attractions, which was a perfect location . The apartment was pleasantly clean and well kept I cannot thank the owner for enough and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Guests expecting to arrive outside check-in hours should be aware that there is no 24hour availability of reception. This can be a bit stressful.

The bed, unfortunately, was not comfortable, and when we were leaving, the cleaner was a bit rude to us. Despite these small issues, the experience was more good than bad.

Our stay at Blue Inn Luxury was overall good. The person who welcomed us was outstanding — super friendly and helpful, definitely 10/10!

After booking this venue we read some scary reviews regarding the check-in time, which made us very stressed with regards to arriving late. We were very fortunate to not get into a similar situation, as our flight was suddenly delayed and we were lucky that we didn't lose our reservation due to the policy. So book an early flight if you can to avoid the stress!
