Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not well insulated. The People in the room next to is we're pretty loud in the corridor at 6 am. Also do be careful for breakfast if you have to leave early the bars are always open at that time.
Great location, the room was clean and bigger than we expected. We got the wrong adress at first but the owner kindly gave us directions. Will come again!

The lift to the building is very slow, but it works. Not really the fault of the property owner.
The property was easily accessible based on the instructions provided by the property owner on WhatsApp. They also requested to share the ID via WhatsApp and to pay the city tax via a link. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, the walls are thin but the adjoining rooms were quiet. All the amenities work. They provide a breakfast voucher at a nearby cafe - you get one juice, one croissant, one coffee per voucher. Check in is at 12.30pm (which is great) and check out by 10.30am.

I really liked the hotel. There is everything you need for a good rest. Our room was nomber 4. The room's windows overlook a residential building located half a meter away. There was no noise. It was sunny outside, but there was no sun in our room. The air conditioning worked well The room is clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need. A typical Italian breakfast is available in 2 cafes to choose from. There are many cafes and pizzerias nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Helps to solve any questions. I would like to come to this hotel again.

Very very nice apartment. Great style, freshly renovated and amazing attention to detail, it makes you really happy to be in the space. Shower and bathroom was spotless and high quality. Bedroom has everything you need and very comfortable. The living space is so handy for take away meals or tea/coffee. Really well located in the centre of the city. Our room overlooked the court yard and the street below. Great communication from the host and we loved the luggage drop we could use after check out. Breakfast was at an amazing typical Italian cafe/restaurant across the street - Bar Ristorante Pizzeria Conte Verde (we would recommend this for lunch/dinner too). Would defiantly recommend and visit again!

It was not clear how small the hotel was. There are only 4 rooms which is nice. It is somewhat hard to find in a small apartment building from the street.
The location and inside of the hotel was great.

The price we paid was incredible in itself. The place was great and we would have been happy paying double of what it was. It’s just a greatly run operation business, where everything is well thought and greatly executed. For example the breakfast voucher to the nearby Caffee or the extra keys for those who need to leave their bags. Keep it up!

The breakfast in the nearby bar is quite basic, consisting of just coffee and a croissant.

I did not appreciate that the coffee machine in the common area was dirty and that the kettle was also not in top condition. Cleanliness could be improved.
Top location, in the centre of Turin. Room very nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the possibility to have breakfast at a nearby café.

- It was a self check-in place, nobody in person. - The elevator didn’t seem very safe, so we took the stairs, but they were too narrow to carry the luggage. - No ‘window’ really. There was one, but you could not see the outside, only the back balcony of the other building which was very close.
- Its location - Modern decoration (although the building is quite old) - Equipped well - Cleanliness - Breakfast provided in two nice cafes nearby - Everything explained in detail in frames on the wall (from wi-fi to breakfast cafes) - Car park information was provided by the owner which is 750m walk and 18€ for 24h.
