We can enjoy staying in the balcony. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

The bed was a little strong for my expectations. The location was within the city center but a little bit far from the main attractions, nevertheles it was in accordance with the price we paid which was one of the cheapest in Florence city center.

The bathroom was spacious but the bedroom area was quite tight.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was pretty extensive - fruits, cereals, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, a few vegetables, bread and a lot of pastries. The elevator was quick. The location was good for us. Very quiet at night.

Conveniently located about 10mn walk from the city Center and close to the train station, it has a laundry closeby. The breakfast is really nice, staff is very helpful. The bathroom is a bit small and the shower could have done with a deep clean, but overall we had a pleasant stay!

As the temperatures reach sometimes 35 degrees celcius, it would be great that we were provided water in the rooms.

This beautiful hotel is located close to the city center, which is very practical to visit the city. The staff is very nice and helpful. They give great recommendations on activities and place to go :)

Tiny old room. We arrived 3 hours early with a 3 year old kid. They didn't let us in the room before check in time, which was really strange, I mean the room is there, the cleaning lady was there, and they didn't just didn't care. If the check in is at 3 o'clock, you cant go in the room even at 2:50. Not too costumer friendly.

Pretty cold inside the room in february ´cos they heat it up just over the night not during the day, but the receptionist offered an electric heating to us. There was an organized group of some 20 teenagers who were very noisy until 2 o´clock running in corridors, shutting the doors, screaming and yelling. But again the staff made breakfast earlier for them so that we couldn´t be bothered by crowded dining area.

We booked a triple room on the second floor (stairs or a lift), a balcony with a garden/backyard view towards the city centre. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast (wide range of food and drinks - a pancake maker, cereals, yoghurts, many different kinds of pastry and bread, buns, even vegan and gluten free, coffee maker, tea, juice, fruits). Comfortable mattresses on all three beds, not some fake folding bed for the third person, soundproofed rooms, cleaned up every day, bathroom with the heating, always hot water, though non fixed shower handle would be better. The hotel is not far from the city sights (15min). There is no problem to left the luggage after the check out. Highly recommend the gelatarium on Via Camillo Cavour 20 R - really beautiful place!

Breakfast was great, staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was also great, in the city centre, easy to explore the city on foot. Parking available and the staff took care of the plate registration for the ZTL, which was very convenient.

It perfectly matched expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, the check-in process was simple and quick. The location is excellent, a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral. Breakfast has variety and quality and on the first day we were there they allowed us to have breakfast earlier as we had to leave the Hotel early. The room was small, but perfectly adequate for someone who is going to visit the city and spend little time in the room.

Buffet breakfast is most enjoyable !

The staff are very helpful , in particular Martin , the Manager. He gave very clear instructions on all the tourist interest spots with guidance on public transport. He also allowed for a late check out for an hour to suit our needs . Another staff Red was very helpful too . He helped us with related information on tourist spots and map. He also helped us for a much more comfortable stay in the room so that we can sleep better. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a great variety of food & drinks . The staff serving the Bar was very pleasant and helpful . Overall, an enjoyable stay !

it is slightly outside the main route center, but that also means it’s calm and quiet, and just an extra five minutes by foot

everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, but not in a fussy way—it was like staying with friends, breakfast was great, much better than usual continental breakfast, there was yogurt, cereal, pancakes, eggs, bread, meat, cheese, and really good brioches!
