The air condition equipment in our room was a bit outdated. It was more of a fan, not air conditioner (no cooling). So if you travel in June-Aug, please be prepared for hot nights. The breakfast was, as advertised "italian style", lot's of sweet pies and pastries. Some like it, I would have expected some more "continental style" breakfast, although scrambled eggs and bacon was available. We hired bicycles, as they had advertised opportunity to rent bicycles. They have 4 bicycles available, but they were in need of some repair. Brakes were not working well, neither the gears. There were no helmets available. So if you plan a cycle holiday in Tuscany, be prepared to bring your own bikes or hire them elsewhere. Despite these few minor negative sides, I still consider this place worth of 9.6 grade.

Our room was huge and very clean. Also the pool, restaurants and other facilities were well kept. Service was friendly, although not always spontaneous. There were not many other visitors, so the place was extremely peaceful and quiet. If you are looking for a busy hip-hop vacation, this is not your place, but for good Italian food and Tuscan landscape lovers, this it the place.

Incredible resort nestled in the beautiful hills of Tuscany! We loved staying here. The pool with great views of the Tuscan hills was simply spectacular. Rooms were spacious and well furnished. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Fiamma (I think was her name) at the front desk was so nice and recommended some restaurants around the area. This place was like paradise.
