I didn't like that during the open hours of the bar at night when we arrived, we requested something from the menu and the girl said it was too complicated and to pick something simpler... I found it a bit absurd for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast could have more variety.

I like the location and the views, ot too far from Florence but with nice restaurants around the area and the country side of Toscana.

Our room was split on two levels, so we had to walk upstairs to go to bed from the bathroom (my partner was happy with that, so it depends on personal preference).

We were pleasantly surprised at just how beautiful, modern, and exceptional our stay at Cortefreda was. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous bathroom, balcony, and even a sauna (which was a nice little surprise!) The breakfast was delicious and they served their locally made honey. The restaurant is also delicious and convenient. Staff was pleasant and the facilities were clean and functional. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great location halfway between sienna and florence. Beautiful views, close to town and supermarket. Nice pool. Amazing breakfast with juicing machine and so much more! Elevators and big rooms. It was most "american" run place we stayed and many americans staying there. lots of tour groups stay here. Would stay again

Taxi cósts were extortionate. This was not the hotels fault but there weren't any other options which would make me reluctant to return.

Beautiful location. Fantastic staff Delicious food and a gorgeous pool area. An ideal venue if you are looking to relax in the Tuscan hills.

This is the 2nd time we stay here, that’s how nice it is. We happen to be there in 15 August on national holiday in Italy and hotel organized large buffet with live singer, we had an amazing time. We had to check out early and the staff provided us with a breakfast to go, so kind and attentive.

The menu was the same for the two days I stayed , so I found this limiting , so much so didn't bother on the second night. Its also expensive.

Great location, many nice villages and cities and attractions within 20-45 mins drive, staff was very nice and helpful. After or before a visit to a nearby town, relaxing in the pool and the pool bar were the main highlights for us.

Located in the Tuscan country side. Wonderful hotel to spend 2 or 3 nights. Lovely pool area to relax and enjoy the view. Hotel breakfast was amazing and dinner was really good too. No need to venture out for food.

Rooms are not super soundproof but it is bearable.

Very nice and charming place with its own identity. 5* staff, always kind and willing to help. Comfortable bed, good sheets, great views, pool and pool bar. Mantained gardens, nice entrance and comfortable parking next to the hotel. We stayed just for one night during our roadtrip, but we definitely want to come again for longer!

The location in the middle of Tuscany with easy access to many places. The pool was amazing and the food fantastic.
