Great location, big junior suite, gardens, big swimming pool +bio pool. Great breakfast and 1st class restaurant. Staff very responsive and eager to help and serve. One of the best resorts we have visited. 6.5 km away from Syracuse. Gardens , lawns and fruit trees.

Nothing to fault about the property. Pity that the public road leading to it is not in great conditions.

The staff was absolutley amazing! The facilities were perfect for our children (playroom, playground, warm pool, childrens menu). And the accomodation was absolutley beautiful. Delicous breakfast.

This is a special property. It is beautifully laid out and very comfortable. I appreciated my upgrade and the amazing packed breakfast they gave me when I had to leave early in the morning.

The rooms were a bit small, the road to Syracuse is a bit bumpy.

Superb breakfast, the best I have had in a long time with many choices, Very nice surrounding. The staff is also very nice and attentive.

We discovered Hotel Borgo Pantano this summer during our holiday with our children (18 and 19). We just went back on a short getaway, just the two of us. Both times the rooms were really beautiful as is the whole location. The breakfast moreover is amazing - there is no wish that remains unfulfilled. And the pool area is so relaxing. Hotel Borgo Pantano has definitely become our Happy Place and we will come back!

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very rich with fresh food.. It truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and special. We look forward to coming back next year. :)

Best family holiday we have had in 20+ years! Staff were amazing and all the food was excellent standard with such variety. Breakfast was best selection I have ever seen in a restaurant.

There is really nothing we can think of. Everything was exactly as we hoped for.

The hotel was perfect for our purposes, a few days to relax on a country resort in a beautiful atmosphere. The highlights are clearly the pool, the breakfast and the powerful AC in the hotel room. The reality also surpasses the pictures of the hotel. What should be clear about this resort - you choose it precisely because of its remoteness in the countryside. A rental car is thus mandatory to explore Syracuse and the surrounding area.
