No available breakfast on the property, even though there is a restaurant! Evidently, it only serves dinner.

Quiet, and small hotel with a spacious room ( actually 2 floors, living room downstairs and bedroom and bathroom upstairs), lovely pool area.

The apartment advertised B and B but we were told breakfast could not be supplied due to earthquake damage to public areas. This after payment and no cancellation possible. We could choose to go to a cafe at their expense but we thought that inconvenient so opted for 2nd option which was goods delivered to us. We expected fresh daily but got a bag of cheap groceries to last the time. No discount offered for this reduction in service The pool looks lovely in the photos but is only about 3ft deep so not a pool to swim in and a good walk from the apartments The published super gardens are all overgrown and covered in weeds There is no access to the Borgo Storico Castel de Lama is a service town. Nothing of interest there. A car is essential.

Our apartment was ok but nothing special. Ascoli Piceno is reasonably close by car and is fabulous. Stay there if you can. We were in Ascoli for the Quintana so very happy with that.

There was a wedding on the property and it was extremely noisy until 3:30 am. Our friends lost powers in there suite and were unable to contact the hosts to have it remedied until morning

The location and property are beautiful The rooms are well appointed. The pool was lovely and there were many pool side chairs. The view from the deck above the pool was stunning. The gardens and larger property were wonderful to walk through.. The host was lovely and very concerned about the issues we experienced while there.

This is just a beautiful place. The apartment was elegant and very clean (with quiet air condition which is highly important when you experience the hottest period in the Marche). We were being taken care of perfectly well by everyone.

The breakfast was a bit poor.... There was not a wide choice of fresh fruit, no dried fruits... So for me that I am vegan I could not enjoy a lot the breakfast time, one of my favorite moment of the day.....

The junior suite was really nice and sophisticated, the staff gave us a warm welcome and goodbye.

A 'swimming' pool of 1.00 meter depth is not a swimming pool. The ugly fence that is surrounding it spoils all te fun of sitting there.

Splendid room in the old historic building (we got an upgrade). Nice and big garden with a lot of places to rest and read a book. Only 10 minutes drive from the Adriatic coast.

A beautiful house in lovely gardens. Unfortunately Castel di Lama is an industrial zone and what was once a beautiful view is now spoiled by ugly factories. This place does wedding receptions so weekends are often taken over by them. You may be disappointed if you were expecting to stay in the beautiful mansion in the picture but you get put in the guest facility a bit further down the hill, although this would be a blessing if it's a weekend and a wedding reception is in full swing until the early hours.

Very friendly and helpful staff in reception and restaurant.
