Everything was perfetto.

Location on the map, surroundings, staff, silence, nature. Comfy rooms, terrace not necessary for the stay but makes a nice add on. Restaurant is also very nice and staff is warm and polite. Evenings by the fireplace :)

Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, very relaxing. Clean rooms with mini fridge Celebrated our 10th anniversary and our stay was more than we expected. The food was absolutely amazing! Car hire is a must as its out in the country. Thank you for a wonderful stay, highly recommend.

It's a hidden gem! Even better than the photos. The staff was super kind, and very kid friendly, they upgraded our room to a suite. The restaurant is worth a Michelin star 🌟 Definitely visiting again!

The propriety is amazing, just really nice and easthetic and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe room with terrace, the bed was so comfortable and the room so vintage and nice. I loved it. The breakfasf is 5 star, you can find anything you want. And the dinner we had here was so amazing, it really deserves the best review. I would come back for sure, because we had bad luck with the rain, we stayed only for 2 nights, but I bet in the summer is the place to be. Totally recommend it!

Even being a beautiful property, I don’t quite agree that it’s a 4-star hotel… it lacks some services, facilities and also the quality of the breakfast is very good but not amazing.

The property is beautiful - right in the heart of Tuscany and close to the nature. It really feels like you are in those Italian villas. Rooms are super clean and smell good!

The furniture inside the room felt very dated. While everywhere else the hotel felt cozy, the room felt otherwise. Location is far away from towns and the roads leading up to the property are not great - have to drive off-road for 10 minutes but doable by even the tiniest of cars. They charge 3 euros for a small bottle of water in the room which is not ideal - so be prepared to carry enough water with you.

It is an ancient building converted into a cozy hotel tucked inside nature far away from city. The property was huge and had multiple annexes inside. Parking lot is a spacious open ground secured with a gate. Restaurant has a fine touch and all furniture and its arrangement just adds to the coziness. Staff were pleasant both in reception and the restaurant. They provided help with the luggage and provided free valet parking. Very beautiful property right in the middle of cypress trees. Supermarkets such as Carrefour and Eurospin are available within 10 minutes driving distance.

The hotel is way beyond my expectation! The hotel staffs are helpful and nice. The hotel facility is very good. Room is warm and cozy with sufficient heating. Will definitely come back next time in Tuscany

.Even though the place is lovely, I think the price is too high. This caused me to come with high expectations. ,The pool was freezing cold Our room was with 2 floors, where the bathroom is on the upper level. this was not so comfortable

Just several tips for hotelier. If you guys want to be the best, please be the best from the first point of contact with consumer until the next day after check out. Nobody got in touch with me before arrival. I was not informed that the place is not easy to get without car. Google map isn’t correct. Secondly, I was unhappy that normal bottle of water is not included in 4-star hotel. Just imagine if this is fam of 4 people. They should spend minimum 30 eur for water per day… For coffee please provide dry milk powder. Not everyone likes black coffee capsules for coffee machine. And it would be very cool if you guys prepare some complementary snacks/sweets before arrival with a post card with welcoming wishes personally. and finally please reach out to your guests personally with questions how was the stay etc. BR, Natalia

Beautiful landscape! It’s like a fairytale. Incredible restaurant and the Chief. Bravo! Very tasty cocktails at bar! It was the best apperol shpritz in my life! Polite and kind staff, ideal bed and courtyard view. I truly was happy to enjoy this stay in general!

Our stay at Borgo San Luigi was great in all aspects! The setting is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is modern and nicely designed and the breakfast was rich in choices and delicious. We traveled off-season and found the price value for money. We would definitely recommend it!

This hotel is rather a 3 stars instead of 4 in an international rating.

The hotel is in a super green area in the middle of the nature. Our room was located in an external building. The entrance room of each room without any soundproof so unfortunately you can hear any noise from the garden. Bed is very comfortable, breakfast rich, the staff is quick and helpful.

There was a strange noise that kept us awake. I notified the staff but they couldn’t find the cause because it was so intermittent. I discovered it was the room refrigerator. When I turned it off all was well.
