Vegan dishes were on the poor side for our vegan 18 yrs daughter.

A very luxurious hotel on a perfect location in the historical centre of Perugia. Clean, great rooms and breakfast, excellent service, very efficient vallet service makes it easy to use your car on the doorstep of the hotel. Anazing underground heated swimming pool. Excellent massage for my wife in our room.

You need to know that some 24 hours prior to your arrival they will "pre authorise" your credit card not just for the cancellation period but for the full length of your stay. Caused the fraud protection system of our credit card company some consternation. The restaurant is probably more fun in the summer rather than on a cold wet dark Sunday evening. There were a number of reasonably priced restaurants in the upper town serving local dishes.

A very comfortable hotel with cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and a great view from our room. Stayed there 7 nights, using the train to visit Assisi, Spoleto and (with the aid of a taxi connection) Montefalco. We could also have used it to visit Arezzo. Perugia itself occupied two days .

The hotel is right in town! It is a beautiful hotel. Very well kept. I didn’t use the pool but it is beautiful. If you are coming to this hotel bring your bathing suit. The staff of the hotel was great, very helpful. Varleria was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I wish I was there with better weather so I could have used their outdoor area. Parking was easy. I wish I could have stayed longer.

There is always something we don't like about the places we stay, but there is nothing like that here.

The location of the property and the views, especially from the rooms facing south-west, are spectacular in the morning. The rooms facing south-east also overlook the park. Breakfast is rich and the staff is very professional and attentive.

Perfectly located in the center of the town. We loved how close it was to everything. A lot of restaurants, pizzeria, and gelateria around. Fantastic view of yhe Umbrian mountains.

The dinner at the hotel restaurant could be better.

The room had a beautiful view of Perugia and Umbria green valley. The hotel was very conveniently located at heart of the city with walking distance to almost everywhere. We walked to Fontana Maggiore, Pozzo Etrusco (Etruscan Well), University of Perugia...The breakfast was excellent with many selections. The most impressive was the hotel SPA and swimming pool. Under it's glass floor, there was Etruscan wall and part of old chamber.

A bit shabby around the edges.

Waking to the extraordinary view, wandering through the gorgeous old town, chatting with welcoming people, good food and wine…who could ask for more? I love an old fashioned hotel and traditional services all of which Hotel Brufani delivers. I wish the property which is now a bit faded would be better kept as it used to be.
