We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandPark place for cars is very small and was occupied when we arrive. We had to park outside in a paid parking lot.
The apartment is located a 30-minute walk from the center of Bergamo. It features a large terrace, perfect for relaxing.

FinlandIt’s a little walk from the bus/train station, about 1km.
The apartment was huge and very clean. Beds were ok, pillows a little hard but I always travel with my own so it didn’t bother. Enough room for a big group. There is a big supermarket almost next door and also restaurants close. It’s university area so you can also find affordable options.

CroatiaThere is no air conditioning and the temperatures were over 30 C. The kids were barefoot and their feet were almost black after showering when they walked to the bedrooms. There wasn’t shower gel. Linen on the sofas looked like they were used.
The train station and bus station are on the walking distance. The appartment is big and has 3 bathrooms so it was super for our group of 10.

Everything was perfect. It's very close to the airport, on 5 min by car. There is enought place to park two cars in the yard. We were two families with 4 kids and the stay was comfortable for us.

PolandUnfortunately, a serious issue occurred the day before our departure. Around 11 a.m., the host contacted us to say there was an overbooking and that we would need to move to a different property for the last night. This came as a surprise, especially since we were already in another city for planned activities. What made things worse was that the host offered to pack our belongings and move them to the other accommodation himself – something we were absolutely not comfortable with. Despite our clear refusal to change accommodations, the host continued to pressure us. It turned out that the overbooking didn’t happen through Booking.com, but likely via another platform, as Booking had no record of the issue. We ended up spending several hours on the phone with Booking customer service, who eventually helped resolve the situation. However, the entire day was lost to a stressful and completely unnecessary problem. In summary: while the apartment was great, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable and left a very negative impression. Situations like this should not happen, especially without proper communication through the booking platform.
The apartment itself was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and matched the photos. It was a great fit for our group and we were initially very satisfied with our stay.

United KingdomEverything- dirty and unsafe. The listing is basically a scam. It took ages to find because it looked like a building site so we assumed we were in the wrong place. After we found blood on the floor we contacted the property and booking.com. The owners agreed to give us a full refund but they have not and they are now ignoring my phone calls and text messages.
