We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaI had booked an economy room, and unfortunately it wasn’t the best part of the experience. The room felt quite dark, with only one window facing a large terrace full of pigeons, which made it less pleasant to open the window for fresh air. It felt a bit gloomy and could definitely benefit from some improvements. Aside from that, the rest of the stay was very enjoyable.
The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city center. The staff were exceptional: warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with local specialties like prosciutto and parmigiano, which felt like a must in Parma. I had made a mistake with my booking, but the hotel staff were very understanding, put themselves in my shoes, and resolved the issue without charging me extra.

The breakfast was amazing - a lot of choice (especially for Italy). The hotel is beautifully decorated and everything looks new, clean and curated. A very good value for money.

The decor is quirky and fun and it's in a very central location within the old town. Good value for money, friendly staff and a pleasant room with all that you need for a short stay. Good choice of restaurants and cafes nearby and sites of Parma easily walkable.
