Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was varied but poor quality. The pool is deceptively small and didn’t open until 11am so no good for a pre-breakfast swim which was what we’d wanted.
Very pet friendly room with grassed balcony. Spacious, clean bathroom

Freshly decorated. Really nice room with lovely underfloor heating, comfortable bed, safe, balcony, and good bathroom. Short walk to Old Town. EV chargers too. Only stayed one night on a stopover but would go again if in Parma. They gave me a free upgrade, which was kind of them. Would be a nice place to stay in the summer when the pool is open. Would happily have stayed longer if possible.

There is nothing to dislike. We will return.
The room and interior of this hotel was so much nicer than some of the BW chain hotels I’ve stayed at in the UK. The room was very modern, clean and spacious, and our dog was welcome (even in the restaurant). The food in drinks in the restaurant was reasonable and of a very good standard, with very attentive service. We have an EV and had no problem charging in the hotel’s car park. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Had a great nights stay! Fabulous dinner at their restaurant, the waiter Marco, kept our daughter entertained and she said best pizza she has ever eaten in her life! Great buffet breakfast too!

1. Room needs a renovation, it's very good but it's showing its age. 2. A/C was not functional. If you suffer from heat waves, take into account this fact.

The room was a good size as was the bathroom, the food in the restaurant was delicious and staff very friendly. Hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice little pool area .Location perfect for central Parma

Sorry for that but Food was terrible... we eat dinner in restaurant and was the worst dinner in a week stay in italy and it was almost 90euros for 2 pasta, 2kids meniu and bottle wine... not good
It has nice rooms, but family rooms woth balcony is ridiculuos.. big wall and if you want something to see you need stand up

Although not chosen for the location and aware out of town - the location is very industrial and the factory next door is loud when sitting around the pool. The restaurant is basic and the menu often doesn’t reflect the food available or on offer.
Chosen for the pool, to relax which was ideal.

The location is very good for having a car but a bit of a walk to the center of Parma.
The rooms are small but clean and well-organized. We only spent one night, but the beds were comfortable and the location was very quiet. The staff at the hotel were helpful for check-in and check-out and helped us with directions to restaurants in town. The parking was easy and free. There is a good supermarket a few blocks away.
