We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomFreshly decorated. Really nice room with lovely underfloor heating, comfortable bed, safe, balcony, and good bathroom. Short walk to Old Town. EV chargers too. Only stayed one night on a stopover but would go again if in Parma. They gave me a free upgrade, which was kind of them. Would be a nice place to stay in the summer when the pool is open. Would happily have stayed longer if possible.

The room and interior of this hotel was so much nicer than some of the BW chain hotels I’ve stayed at in the UK. The room was very modern, clean and spacious, and our dog was welcome (even in the restaurant). The food in drinks in the restaurant was reasonable and of a very good standard, with very attentive service. We have an EV and had no problem charging in the hotel’s car park. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Israel1. Room needs a renovation, it's very good but it's showing its age. 2. A/C was not functional. If you suffer from heat waves, take into account this fact.

Chosen for the pool, to relax which was ideal.

United StatesThe location is very good for having a car but a bit of a walk to the center of Parma.
The rooms are small but clean and well-organized. We only spent one night, but the beds were comfortable and the location was very quiet. The staff at the hotel were helpful for check-in and check-out and helped us with directions to restaurants in town. The parking was easy and free. There is a good supermarket a few blocks away.
