The bereakfeast was more cake than actual breakfeast. The rooms didn't have an actual duvet but just a blanket wrapped in a sheet not a duvetcover

Room facilities were disappointing 1. Requested a double bed but had 2 single beds pushed together. 2. Air conditioning set too hot. Unable to reduce temperature despite being provided with instructions by hotel staff. Had to leave window open all night to cool room. 3. Lighting in mirror part of room inadequate.

Located close to some good restaurants and within walking distance of main Rome attractions. Pleasantly surprised at value for money of a glass of wine plus nibbles in the hotel reception area.

- The building is not new, so it comes with all the "perks" of old buildings. For example, the room is tiny but that's expected of places like Rome. But the sewage pipes in the hotel are loud and it's incredibly annoying in the night. They kept waking me up. - The breakfast could be more diverse, namely offer more fresh fruit and plain yogurt options instead of so many sweet pastries. - There's only one small elevator that you can take to the rooms, and given that there are 7 floors, sometimes you have to wait for a long time to get it. - Water temperature in the shower was unstable at times.

- The location is good, close to metro line A and comfortable walking distance to some sights. - If you're lucky to get a room on one of the higher floors on the "correct" side, the view is fantastic. You get the same view from the breakfast room as well. - The staff are nice and helpful.

There was nothing not to like. Not having a bar to relax in of an evening.

air conditioning was not working for the first 2 nights. They tried to compensate with a bottle of Prosecco; but that did not compensate for the discomfort. They offer a nice breakfast but at 60.00 Euros per person way too expensive

Rooms are over tiny. super extremely unfriendly staff, felt as if they were a doing a favor for even answering our questions. we received a room with many problems that they didn’t bother to fix, even though we asked multiple times. Honestly I would give this hotel a 10 if it wasn’t for the staff.

Good location, outside the tourist area, but easily accessible, since it was close to a metropolitan station and has bus stops very near. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Pretty new bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff
