The location was within a 5 minute walk from the water where the water taxi/buses were and right on the canal.

The shower glass (one in the room with a bath) didn't seal fully so water leaked onto the floor a little. Not a problem as can just use the provided bath towel to wipe it up.

The room has an old fashioned feel which is nice and yet the facilities are modern allowing for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a life saver and was very easy to use. The location is perfect as you are a short walk away from key boat stops and the main square but in a secluded area so it is not noisy at night. The room looks out onto a canal. The owner was also very helpful, responding quickly to any queries and providing recommendations for both the travel and upon arrival.

Perfect location, just 10min walk to St Mark's Square, and situated in a quiet area. The room was small, but perfectly clean, and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was lovely and powerful. Good breakfast (fruit, eggs, pastries) in the mornings.

Breakfast, although most people say it’s very good for us it was quite a strange experience. There are simply too many sweets and the second day we were offered things that we have not eaten completely on the previous day… like half of a croissant?! We have not complained about that because we were feeling a bit ashamed to say something… but this behavior should be discontinued asap.

fantastic location to visit the Biennale but also to stroll around the center of Venice. the owner is really attentive to his guests’ needs: I am vegan and I got special amazing breakfast. We had very nice discussions and experienced the best Italian hospitality:)

B&B staff is highly engaged to serve the best for customers. We recieved very nice dinner and sight seeing recommendations. Also the buffet was amazing with freshly baked quiche and cakes. We enjoyed our stay very much!
