amazing apartment, the hostess is particularly hospitable. everything has been planned. we didn't miss anything, we felt at home. access to Venice was very easy and fast by train (500 meters to the station). there was a lot of peace in the city, which is wonderful.

Nothing. This place well and truly exceeded expectations.

This was by far the best accommodation we had our entire trip. The apartment is incredibly well equipped - especially the kitchen which was fully serviceable and ready to cook in with complete compliment of pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms boasted universal EU powerpoints. The apartment is situated in the old-town of Noale, only 30 meters from the town square. The old-town is surrounded by a moat and has several watch towers and ruins that made for lovely morning and evening walks. The train station is only a 10min walk away and it's a 40min train to Venice making it perfect for day trips. There is also a Aldi supermarket about 1km down the main road. The host, Martina, was very good in communicating with us. She reached out to find out how we were traveling there and when told we were driving sent us the location of the free car park and was waiting to meet us when we arrived. She had even provided a bottle of sparkling wine and some local biscuits as a welcome gift.

We loved this apartment! The location is great. It is right in the centre of Noale. You can park your car just a few meters away from the apartment. Train station is very close by if you want to visit Venice it takes only 30min to get there. Martina is a great host. She waited for us and welcomed us very nicely, gave us all the information and was always available on Whatsapp if we had any questions. We will defenitely come back! :)

We liked everything. It was the perfect stay. We really felt like home and hope to be back. The appartment is new and has everything you may need. It is impeccably clean. We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is situated in the historical heart of a lovely picturesque town of Noale, and it was superb in every regard: clean, cozy, comfortable, tastefully decorated, safe, and very well equipped. Martina is an excellent host: very kind, friendly and helpful! She made us really feel like at home, and provided us with many tips, on local restaurants, things to see in Noale, visiting Venice etc. We were so happy for staying here, and the apartment and Martina deserve a 10+ :)

One of the managers came to meet us in person on the day of our arrival. Martina was very welcoming and very helpful, giving us instructions on where to park and how things worked inside the apartment. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, very beautiful and clean. They even provided some snacks and drinks. We definitely plan on visiting again.

Exceptional house, excellent treatment. Perfect choice if you want to visit Venice because staying in Noale you just walk few hundred meters to the train station and then in 30 minutes you arrive in Venice. In that way you avoid parking insecurity across Venice and overrated houses in Venice. The household was incredible and very professional. The house was recently renewed in a great way. Big and perfectly decorated rooms, highly equipped kitchen. Cookies were waiting us on the kitchen table and tasty croissants for goodbye. Very clean house in the centre of Noale, actually inside an old city castle. Very good restaurants nearby. I suggest this house without any doubt Definitely value for money. No complaints, it was all perfect! From the arrival to the end, the location, the place, the host all perfect!

The location was amazing, 100m from the city center, a lot of places to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a lot of stores close by and also near an amazing castle ruins with the most beautiful sunset! The host, Marty was amazing, gave us tips for some places, always available and fast to answer texts, was waiting for us on the arrival, the apartment is very well equipped with heating, air conditioning, it was all new and super clean. If you have a car, there`s a parking place nearby (like 3 minutes walking and it`s free), and you can drive around to other close cities as well. A lot of kitchen appliances if you want to cook, the fridge had water, and sparkling wine for us as well. Thanks for the amazing experience, the host is amazing and the city is very lovely!

It was the best accommodation we have had since a long time, maybe ever. And we are frequent travelers. The communication with Martina and her daughter was very pleasant. The apartment itself was very clean and modern. It was very central in Noale and close to the train station (if you want to visit Venice or the surrounding cities). It was very thoughtfully prepared and had everything one might need. Although there was no parking in the building, we could always find a spot nearby.

It was our 4th time staying in Noale and I can say it was the best apartment we stayed in. Everything was perfect! Martina is a perfect host, she is very helpful, kind and amazing, I truly recommend her! She welcomed us with biscuits, wine, water and fruit juice in the fridge. It was very kind of her. She always replied to my messages very quickly. The apartment looks exactly as in the photos and it is so beautiful in person. It feels like staying in a beautiful home. The location of the apartment is great, it is in the city center, everything is close - the bus stops and train station too. Venice is 30 minutes by train so it is very convenient, I recommend traveling with Trenitalia. If you (as us) arrive to Treviso airport and want to reach Noale, just take the 101 bus and you will be in Noale after about 30 minutes. If you want to book an apartment close to Venice, don't hesistate because you've found the perfect one! And don't forget to explore Noale too because it is a treasure. :) Martina, thank you so much again for everything! We hope to see you again soon!

The apartment is right in the centre of Noale,clean,modern,with everything we needed.Towels n sheets were provided,.the Landlady Martina is so kind and helpful,we found a bottle of Prosecco,Venice biscuits and other free gift in the fridge,plus coffee Caps and tea bags,the kitchen is fully equipped and large TV screens in every room.Wifi is free.I am Italian when there with my Irish n Portuguese friends for the Venice Carnival and was great.There a train from Noale to Venice station every 30 minutes and 7 minutes walking distance from the property.We have been very happy and cant wait to come back. Beautiful, cute and clean apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay (the kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious, you have access to board games, parking and so on). The hosts are friendly and ready to help. The apartment is located in the very center of Noale, Treviso and Venice are 25 minutes away by car. It was wonderful for us and we will visit it again if we have the chance. I highly recommend it.
