Wi-Fi disappeared from time to time. Everything else was great!

The hostess Ilaria was extremely welcoming, hospitable and helpful. The room was clean and charming with lovely old furniture in Venetian style. The location is perfect, slightly away from the crowded streets and at the same time relatively close to most of the main attractions.

The host Ilaria was extremely kind and helpful, wrote to use before we arrived and provided any kind of assistant one can imagine. I also asked for an iron which Ilaria provided immediately. The hotel and the room were great, very Venetian, the room was equipped with a coffee machine and free cofee, hot water electric kettle, etc. Bathroom was great also equipped with everything needed as described in the room description. The location is perfect - just between the Venice biennale, which was our main point of interest, and the old center, san Marcus square, etc. - 10 min walk to each. In the same time, the location is quite and secluded. There are sweet shops, restaurants close by, and we had a 20% discount in the restaurant down the street, which was delicious. Overall couldnt recommend more, would repeat gladly next time in Venice!

Shower water pressure was weak and didn't have a shelf were to put the soap and shampoo. This property, like most properties in Venice does not have a lift.

Ilaria was a very helpful and welcoming host, always with a smile on her face. Location of the property is within walking distance to all main attractions, eateries and vaporetto (Arsenale). The room was comfortable and clean. Spacious bathroom with amenities.

cozy room- nice, quiet location the manager of the property, Ilaria, always there to make sure we had all we needed, a nice restaurant near by for breakfast and dinner, with a 20% discount because of Ilaria. She was very helpful indeed!

Room was spacious, cozy and most important clean. It has A/C and tea/coffee set. It is easy to go to airport by the blue line boat from thec hotel. Friendly and nice owner are there to help and to recommend the best way to get around the city.

Very cozy room with cookies on a table and water in a fridge. Although room was next to the reception, it was still very private and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Also A/C in a room. Perfect location, close to all sightseeing. In addition to this, Ilaria was so sweet and answered to all my questions. I will definately visit this hotel next time.

The price is a little expensive since breakfast is not included and there is just a small area to get glasses and dishes when needed, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay!

Being placed in a small alley makes the rooms a bit darker than on the photos, but might be a blessing during hot & sunny days. Also - not really a problem for us as we spent most of our time outside.

Great location, away from the crowded areas but within short walking distance from the most important places in Venice- especially Arsenale and Giardini for all Bienalle visitors:) Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes around. Good sized , comfortable & clean rooms with traditional Venetian decor and beautiful murano chandeliers . Last but definitely not the least- fantastic, kind and very helpful and accommodating host (and her assistants) who where always there for us during our stay!

It was a very nice and cozy place with great hospitality, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no breakfast at the property, but there were quite a few local cafeterias very close to the hotel to get a nice breakfast. I would definitely come back here again when in Venice.
