Beautiful, clean hotel, brilliant animators, good food, bus every 20 minutes to the hotel's own wonderful beach! We had a great time, we recommend it! Thank you for all, hotel team!

The room was a good size and the hotel was clean and tidy. The food was generally fine but a little repetitive.

The all inclusive drinks were very poor. None of the soft drinks were leading brands and most tasted flat. It would have been much better to have somebody pour you a fresh drink in an actual glass than to always have to pour your own into tiny paper cups. The music around the pool was exceptionally loud which led us to spend most days on the beach. It would have been better to have had more outside seating for the evening as this was very small. The restaurant was ok but could have been brighter and more modern.

The pasta dishes were generally good, cooked properly al dente, and the drinks selection included branded soft drinks and draft beer. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the beach and Giardini Naxos town, which is convenient when it runs on schedule

The hotel is dated and badly in need of renovation. We paid €140 extra for a “deluxe” room that was far from deluxe, with outdated décor and a tiny terrace offering no privacy. Corridors were poorly lit and had an eerie atmosphere. The shuttle schedule was unreliable, and despite claims of plentiful sun loungers, we often struggled to find one. Food was mostly disappointing, especially breakfast, which was very poor. Fish dishes were overcooked and full of bones, and we ended up eating lunch elsewhere on most days. The all inclusive drinks were basic, and proper cocktails cost extra

Amazing stay at Caesar Palace! We had a wonderful experience! The animators were super fun and engaging, always bringing great energy. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The food was rich and varied — something for everyone! We especially appreciated the organized transportation to the beach, which was smooth and convenient. The beach itself was lovely and relaxing. Everything was truly top-notch. Highly recommended!

False advertising - facilities advertised on their own website do not exist. No table tennis, mini golf, mini basketball, sega gaming room etc

Very nice family friendly resort, food was great and good value for money,very good private parking too, definitely coming back next July

The shuttle bus which connect the hotel to the beach was not punctual. Sometimes I waited over 30 minutes!

The Garden and the pool area are fantastic for families with kids. The garden and plants look amazing. Food is DELICIOUS. Personnel was great. The terrace was very nice
