Breakfast lacked variety. We didn’t do the all inclusive as food appeared limited and so many great restaurants nearby.

Pool facilities and staff were excellent. Great location and access to beach very good via shuttle bus.

Location not the best. You need to get the hotel bus to the town and beach. Runs frequently but there are gaps in the day when it does not run. Means you have to plan your day rather than being flexible. Walk is about 20 mins which is long in the heat. You have to walk a long way from Alcantara station to the hotel as you cannot access station from the hotel side so have to walk on road

The breakfast can be worked around.

Altogether a wonderful resort type hotel. It's a bit old building but it didn't matter a lot. Pools are great, complementary beach bus is convenient. Special cheers for the entertainment team for their engagement with the guests.

Our room was overlooking the hotel garbage area! Staff was not very friendly and helpful (except for the restaurant staff which were quite friendly). Breakfast buffet food not especially tasty but lots of selection.

Decor a bit dated. Breakfast clear-up started before end of breakfast service time. Tonic in G&T was awful.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes, likely because of the pool in the complex. It was quite hot in the room, but opening the window only made it worse by letting in more mosquitoes. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

We had a lovely stay! The location is great - close to everything we needed. There's convenient parking and the swimming pool was a real bonus. The breakfast was amazing - fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety.

We have a severe nut allergy in our group. The restaurant manager was good to help show dinner options to avoid but breakfast wasn’t as good although they seem to cater for gluten free. In the evening there was a huge bowl of peanuts for everyone to use and the manager couldn’t see a problem with this even though on other evenings they had wrapped breadsticks which were obviously more allergy friendly. He just said ‘there are lots of people here just don’t let your son eat them’. But crisps would have been a much better option and surely just as cheap. Also just wish the pools were heated, but this seems to be the case for hotels all over the world. Just too cold to use. There was hardly anyone in the water at any time. We took wet suits for our kids to use but they still couldn’t stay in the water for more than 15 mins. The food in the restaurant was ok, always luke warm but there was a microwave. The salads were lovely. The wine and beer served with the buffet were terrible. Always found a good choice of food. There are local restaurants that were good but you probably end up paying as much as the buffet and for ease, the buffet was good. The hotel is a 25 min walk from the beach. The beds were not comfortable unfortunately. They use weird sheets instead of towels in the bathroom but also give you normal towels. Pool towels are hired with a €10 deposit

Overall this was good value compared to other hotels I looked at when booking. When we got a sickness bug the hotel staff were quick to come first thing in the morning to clean up and replace towels and a mattress. The parking was great for us as we hired a car. The shuttle bus down to the beach was good although we only used this once as we were unlucky with weather on our trip, a sickness bug and had other trips planned. We had a great sized quadruple family room with lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Dinner was €25 per adult and 2 children were calculated as 1 adult. We had breakfast included. There is a little play area that is a little dilapidated in places with a good climbing frame/slide/swing but aimed at younger children (under7). There is a good supermarket nextdoor to the property and a local restaurants if you want to walk but not as far as Naxos for a change of dinner options. There was one pool table for €10/hour.

What i was disappointed in was the control of children that were staying on the property during soccer finals. The kids from different soccer teams were running through the halls. Yelling, reeking havoc until 11:00 pm. Knocking on doors and not being respectful to paying guests... ( 2 nights!!!!!) I feel the front desk personnel needed to establish rules with the Chapones and Teachers BEFORE the children arrived.. It was very unpleasant during the weekend. The Front desk did everything they could to stop this problem but it didnt work for at least 2 days. It was very disturbing. Thank you

The Buffet Breakfast was exceptional!! The staff was EXCELLENT! Always smiling, helpful, and pleasant! The buffet was always fresh, well syocked and wonderful! The rooms were constantly maintained and cleaned. I appreciate all the staff that worked so hard to make our stsy so lovely.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the room decoration is very outdates. The cleanliness of the room wasn't the best either, but it was OK.

Staff was nice and friendly, to those who we spoke to spoke good english. We had breakfast included - there was pleanty of choice, but the coffee was rubbish really.
