We told them to get a room with two separates beds. The recepcionist offer us an Upgrade for extra payment. We did not accept it. To leave the baggage on C-out day cost also extra money.

Cheaper than other places. Confortable beds. Very basic breakfast included. Near Milan Main Train Station.

We had to ask for water or juice during the breakfast. We needed more towels. (My advice: you should change the towels every day during the room service) My sister’s blanket wasnt clean, she said it was full with human fibers (Thats what she said)

Very kind stuff. The room and bathroom was clean and warm. Thay are flexible about checking in, we arrived at midnight and there was no problem! It’s near bus station about 20-30 meters, and 10 mins by foot away from “Piola” metro station.

Noise - the walls are really thin and you hear everything from the street and the next room Pillows - way too high and it feels like you’re standing on the bed instead of lying down

The staff was really friendly. Location quite good - 10-15 min walk from Loreto station. The room was spacious, clean, and with an own sink. Could be a good place to spend 1-2 nights. The room was warm, heating is turned on for the night.

SUPER noisy if you open the window. The noise of the vehicles will definitely interrupt your sleep.

The location is quite good, connected to the subway station (around 10 minutes walking). The bathroom was the shared one but it was clean, I also have a sink in my room.

Hotel was not what we expected... It felt that we were scammed and our room looked like cell. We thought that bathroom was in our room but it was shared by all the guests. It was really weird that when we went outside the hotel we had to leave the key to reception.

Extremely noisy trams run on the street all night long. Very hot, hard to breathe in the room. The room was tiny, with bidet in it)) It was so tiny that I had a problem getting in and out with my backpack with the door open.

Looks good outside. Relatively close to metro. Staff was nice. Checked us in almost at midnight. Shower in the corridor is clean.

The fact that we have to pay 7 euro for the air conditioning, but nobody mention it at the check in, then later we have to go down the stairs to pay for the air conditioning. Also I disliked the fact that the hotel is very noisy, from the cars on the street, day and night.

Well I did like the location because it is a walk distance from the train station. And I like the fact that the place was nice in clean.
