Boiler sometimes needs reset, which is necessary for hot water. Easy to fix though, click of a button, but would be good just have an instruction note for easier fix. Host was very responsive when I contacted.

Perfect location in Como. Apartment was great... lovely space, comfortable beds plus a lift if you have luggage. Couldn't recommend enough. I'd not hesitate to stay again or recommend!

The location was excellent in the centre of Como old town. Apartment was clean and tidy and all as stated on the Advert We were only staying one night, as our son was getting married that weekend.. So couldn't actually get to enjoy the apartment.

Wonderful and aesthetic place in a peaceful area—just a short walk from the cathedral (Duomo), the lake, and the main train station. The apartment was spacious and cozy. The host was fantastic, always reachable and helpful. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Also surrounded by great restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location- old town in Como- very close to everything! Comfortable beds and space for my family of five. Property owner is super responsive and accommodating. We loved the apartment here and wish that we could stay longer.

That we were not staying longer!

Very convenient and central to trains, restaurants and sights. A big plus for us was the proximity to the water and access. Beds were comfortable, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful.

There was very little that we didn’t like about the property. Batteries were missing in the tv remote meaning that we couldn’t use the TV until we purchased batteries, and the coffee pods provided did not work with the coffee machine. However these were not major issues for us.

Really lovely place with a great central location. A small space but had everything. That we need. The host was very helpful and communication was easy. Had a lovely time and would recommend to friends and family.

Perfect property , perfect location. We had fabulous time in COMO . 4 of us were visiting 4 cities in Italy , Milan , Verona , Bergamo and Como and we had 4 accommodations. This one was definitely the best.!!! Really recommend this accommodation, I was with my Mum, sister and daughter, we will be back there soon, thank you for hosting us.

A beautiful apartment with lovely hosts in a great location, extremely close to the Duomo and easy reach of the lake front and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend. (Consider mobility of those using mezzanine... great sleeping space for the right people. Other rooms and facilities are perfect.)

The only challenge in Como is parking a car. This was explained ahead of time and the property was very clear on this.

Cute place in great location. Was just as advertised. Had all necessities and was very comfortable. Was not loud at all.

Exceptionally well located and within walking distance of all notable places in the city. Excellent vibe, as soon as you get out of the apartment. a great host who tries and accommodates all your requests and doesn’t bother you at all. Located at probably the best location for tourists and first time travelers. Lots of top notch brand outlets, convenience stores and eateries around the place. Highly recommended for anybody wanting to stay at a clean, classy apartment and neighbourhood.

Nothing except if you are carrying heavy luggage it is a good 15 minutes walk from San Giovanni station but the view makes up for it if you take a leisurely walk

we loved everything ! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures- airy, equipped with everything you need from cooking to shopping. Step out of the apartment and you are right in the historic center. Viola is a very accommodating host, she personally welcomed us to give us tips on how to go around. Our only regret was not taking pictures of the apartment. there was also cable TV

If there is another sofa or armchair in the living room will be better as it’s hard for four to sit comfortably with current setting. If the bedroom with one window can be tilted will be excellent, as there was no frame and close to the staircase.

Perfect location and there was enough space for four of us. The bedrooms are quiet if windows are closed. The bed is comfortable as well.

It seemed like the apartment was part of a neighborhood where locals lived. The walls are thin and quarters are close, so sound traveled easily.

Perfect location for a quick stay in Como. The apartment was very clean and a great value for the amenities (laundry, coffee, soap, plenty of towels). Emanuela was so sweet and accommodating with our early check in time. She also took the time to provide us maps for the city and draw our some popular sites.

The shower screen needs to be repaired as the shower is in a bath tub and water leaked onto the bathroom floor

Needed hand soap, toilet paper. The shower doors were seemingly broken so water would get all over when you showered
