The price of the room was very high compared with other hotels.There was no free water and coffee similar to other hotels, you have to pay for it.

Terrible sound insulation, it is impossible to sleep in the morning, as you can hear the opening and closing of every door in the hotel. You can stay for a couple of nights, but no more, definitely not for a long time. There is no kettle, cups, and no drinking water in the room.

Excellent Russian-speaking staff at the reception, very hospitable, the room is very small, but cute and clean. The breakfast is not bad, there is plenty to choose from. Good location, close to the metro.

The rooms were very clean and the walls very well isolated as I didn’t anything from outside. The hotels has an elevator, the staff was great and with regards to the location, it’s about 7-10 minutes away from the Termini railway station and 15-20 minutes away from Colosseum.

Quite a lot of rough sleepers and beggars around, but it's a big city, so no surprise.

The bathroom might need a tad bit of renevation, though I must say I genuinely liked the vintage touch, so it would be unfair to say I didn’t like it at all. Hence, a minor maintanence would suffice.

The room was cleaned daily. They changed toiletries, towels etc. everyday. Besides, it was very close to Termini and surprisingly it wasn’t crowded at all. The area was totaly safe as there are some carabinieri stations around. All the staff was very helpful as well. Mr. Gino in the reception provided us a map which he worked on dilligently. Also, there is a huge supermarket near the hotel that you can use to get anything you need.

Bathroom needs updating and height is short when showering due to being fitted into eaves. They wouldn't recommend any other restaurants at all...

ROOM WAS LARGE, plenty of storage and clean. quiet. 5 min walk to 2 metro stations and 25 min to old town Pantheon etc. Great resto, La Famillia, round the corner they recommended.

The 3rd bed for the child was an extendable sofa and less comfortable.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast had good variety even at late hours. The rooms was large and clean. The double bed was comfortable. Both metro lines are 10 minutes walking distance. Easy to reach the historical center of Rome.

It was very good and location feels safe while you're in the center. Rooms are bit old and dusty but okay to stay for several nights.

Thought breakfast was included based on booking.com and the rooms we selected. They charged 10 euros p/p per day. Also charged us a hotel/city tax which they wanted us to pay in cash. This was not included in the original rate which we prepaid in full before arrival.

Breakfast was adequate but could have been a little more varied. It is also expensive at 10€ per day.

The hotel is quiet, very clean, well maintained and it is great value for money. It is five minutes walk to Roma Termini and 15 minutes to the city centre. It is close to Termini Metro and also Repubblica.

Selection at breakfast was ok, but there were lots of sweet cakes and not a lot on the way of healthy fresh fruits or low sugar options.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good safe location with a couple of good restaurants nearby. 30 minutes walk to attractions and a 10 walk to pickup point for a Pompeii tour.

Personel are excelent. The room is OK but too little. Ubication is good, near the train station.

The hair dryers tended to shut down after a few minutes, so it was a bit of a nuisance drying one’s hair. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The breakfast was very good. The staff approached you right away & asked what you’d like to drink & prepared your hot beverage immediately. The location is excellent! Either walking distance or a transit ride to most attractions.
