Having no posters of what’s happening which they used too do. Not advertising trips out. Having to stand in line to get info each time. However staff are always helpful. The management need to have electronic boards that the public can go up too and choose what they want to know about.. it should advertise while not in use things that are happening. Ie running /surfing /boating /group happenings / music / water sports in pools/ bike hire/ market open times/ restaurant and take away open times/ how to prebook trips / restaurants / tickets/ if there is a safety notice/ parking notice or announcement / … in the rooms what to do if there is a fire/ what to do if there is an emergency/ where the defibrillator is etc/

As the property is built for summertime, we had to use both our blankets and the ones provided for the sofa bed, and were still a bit cold. Had we had another couple with us, these blankets would not have been enough.

We travelled in October and it rained most days - not unsuprising, just put a damper on our holiday.

Lake side location was excellent for walks, and nearby villages were beautiful.

Accomadtions little old but good enough to sleep and use as a base. Could do with more pillows.

Location is amazing! Easy to drive, walk, ferry, bus and train. Town is stunning! Location right on the lake. Lots to do on site. No need for a car. Bungee Trampolines only £3. Room fully heated and air conditioned

Mobile homes need restoration, eg there was duct tape holding the window together, terrace roof was leaking really bad.

Upon arrival, was told I needed to give them 100 euros cash deposit. This should be made clearer when booking, as if I didn't have the cash, then I couldn't have stayed! There's a bank machine there to withdraw the cash, but it doesn't seem fair, to be told last minute. Check in time is 5pm, check out is 10am. This is also the strangest times I've come across. They were happy to store my bags though, then at least I didn't have to walk around with them for a few hours. Lastly, shop could do with staying open till 8pm or something, as there is nothing local nearby to my findings

Great rates on a while bungalow at £35, just needed somewhere to sleep for a night and this exceeded my expectations. Nice grounds, out of season so didn't use much of see much after 6pm, but there was a nice vibe.

We went at the end of the season so unfortunately the pools weren’t open and the campsite was quiet. The shops understandably weren’t very well stocked due to them closing. None of this is the fault of Bella Italia as understandably they were winding things down as they were due to close. Next time I would ensure we stayed during the summer months or early autumn. We had a lovely time though, and I’ve no negatives to say about Bella Italia itself, it was just timing.

Campsite was brilliant for families. Restaurants and shops were great and good value for money. Gorgeous location. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a bungalow which was compact but we had all we needed.

Blankets smelled awful. Had to leave one outside as it stunk up the whole place. Cannot get to Gardaland unless by taxi or personal car. Alternative is to walk 30 min or take a taxi to the train station where you have free shuttle to the park.

This complex is excellent and has all the facilities for a great stay. We had an apartment and it was comfortable for a family of four of us. We could park close by (cannot imagine being without a car since the place is large and would be difficult to access your accommodation with luggage on foot). A supermarket with bakery, fresh fruit, restaurants, cafeteria, playgrounds, water park..you can just stay only there as it also touches the lake. Great stay and looking forward to going back. Very secure as well.
