Nothing I didn't like

We just come back from the most amazing stay at this hotel. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a canal view room due to it being our wedding anniversary! The room was beautiful and in the new part of the hotel. It has been renovated to a very high standard. The beds were so comfy and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were wonderful, friendly and so helpful even walking us to the point our water taxi was collecting us for the airport. We only had breakfast on the last day but the selection was very good and you could have as much as you wanted. There is a lovely little restaurant just across from the hotel in a tiny peaceful square where we had 2 lovely meals and we thoroughly recommend it. The hotel is well positioned close to the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square but just far enough away from the hustle n bustle. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

No plug at the side of the bed Air conditioning could have been cooler but not too much of a problem for our stay in April Compact bathroom (but still had everything we needed!)

The bathroom for the room is very small and a bit outdated, but everything functioned well

Location is great, 5 min walk from Rialto bridge and 6-7 min till the square. But at the same time the building is located in a quieter area so there is no noise at night. Hotel stuff was kind and helpful

The location is excellent. Our room was modern, spacious and had everything you could need for a few days in Venice. The breakfast was nice with lovely coffee. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing value for money, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Excellent location, everything is just a few minutes of walk. We got the room with a perfect view on the canal and bridges. Friendly staff.

such an amazing location, 2min walk to the Rialto bridge and 5min to St. Mark's square. staff was nice, everything was nice and clean, breakfast was yummy, definitely reccomend!

There was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was lovely to start your day on, There were pastries, cereals, fruit, juices, cheeses, toast, cakes and you could also have scrambles egg, bacon or boiled eggs. The cooked breakfast was a limited choice but was adequate to start you day. Location was great, 5-10 minute walk to St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. The room was very traditional Venetian, looking out onto a courtyard with a big slash window and shutters. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. Very clean. The staff were lovely. They were all very friendly. The receptionists were very helpful and informative, they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. I had my phone stolen out of my handbag when I was siteseeing and they were so helpful printing my boarding card out for me. Would definitely stay here again.

The furniture is a bit shabby, but the bed was comfortable. Some basic amenities were missing - bring your own shampoon :)

Located in the center of the city, close to main attractions. However, it is located in a quiet street so noise was not an issue. The breakfast was good, with enough both sweet and savoury options. The beds were comfortable.

Great location, 5 mins from San Marco and the Rialto. Comfortable room, very good bathroom. Breakfast was additional cost, but excellent. Really good selection of food, and staff very attentive. Overall it was great value for money and ideal for us.

Beds were pushed up against each other, not much room for 2 people. Breakfast was optional, we didn’t partake but it didn’t appear worth it, nice little cafe/pastry/pizza, brkfst granola👍🏽👍🏽
