room had a funny smell and was a bit stuffy. A fan was provided though which helped a lot. No fly screens on windows but there was a bug repellant plug-in supplied in the room which was great.

Great location right in the centre of Venice. Was easy to get to and check in, room was spacious and clean. We had the shared bathroom and these were pretty much always empty and close to the room so not an issue.

We stayed for two nights in Venice and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is in a perfect location, making it very easy to explore the city and reach all the main sights on foot. The area felt convenient and authentic, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the bathroom was shared, it was never crowded and we could use it whenever we needed without any problem. The room was comfortable and met our needs for a short stay. Overall, this was an excellent value-for-money choice in Venice and we would gladly recommend it.

I had a large single room with en-suite bathroom, it was very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. A large fan was supplied in the room which was more than adequate to combat the heat outside. Coffee and drinks machines were located in the entrance hall and were very reasonably priced. The hotel was in a very central location between the Rialto bridge and St Marks Square, and clear instructions were supplied beforehand and on the day, via WhatsApp, on how to find the hotel and gain entry. Overall, excellent location and value for money.

The room is situated near a canal, and it was noisy in the morning and nighttime. No kitchen, no iron, no fridge.

It was a great location, just near Rialto Bridge. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was very good. The towels were big and clean. There was a fan there but no conditioner in the room. Check-in and out were easy. There is storage for baggage if you arrive too early or go away too late. The communication was good, I had really helpful instructions on how to find a place and get into the hotel at night time when I arrived.

It got quite cold at night and in the morning and we couldn’t turn on the heater or air con as there was no remote.

The location was perfect right in the centre of venice! Surrounded by lovely cafes, restaurants and bars. The room was very comfortable for the two of us. We initially booked a room without canal view but got an upgrade there which was a lovely gesture. The view was stunning you could watch the gondolas go by all day. The cleaner came and emptied the bin daily and provided fresh towels and sheets twice during our 4 night stay. The bed was really spacious as well. There is a little vending machine in the lobby with hot drinks and cold drinks which was very handy. The owner Massimo was lovely and gave clear instructions from the get go!
