Did not like the check in, the reception was closed and we didn't know what to do, after calling the receptionist he informed a password to open the door. Inside there was a card with our name on it. Did not like the breakfast options. Room a bit outdated The elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor.

Missed having tea/coffee making facility. Hotel room fire door make a noisy clunky when they close.

Great location for Centre and Tower.Train station easily walkable. No traffic noise at all. Staff great...looked after suitcases on checkout.

Rarely anyone around! Quite strange. Hotel closed and kicked when we arrived (even though we’d agreed on time of arrival). Had to ring to be jet in. Didn’t see any other guests. Rarely any staff around. A but if a ghost hotel

The wide screen tv in our room was all in Italian and a few channels so did not use. The beds were hard, and the breakfast was an additional payment at the end of stay.

Location was good for local restaurants and the tower. The room was clean and functional. Really appreciated the air conditioning, and the extra bathroom supplies.

Only one pillow each and no tea-making facilities in the rooms. There was no views outside due to orientation of the building which was a mino hing snce it was near sights.

The bedroom and communal areas were nice and clean. The location was exceptional as it was close to the sights in Pisa and the river Arno.

Location a short walk away from the tower. Hotel was clean and had parking. Family room had bunk beds for the kids. We only stayed one night and was perfect for us.

The room was a bit noisy, when other quests walked in and out of their rooms, I recommend earplugs for light sleepers. There could be more hangers or hooks for hanging clothes.

The only downside was the size of the bathroom. It was very tiny and you could not change inside it.

There was an option to store luggage Incase you are early or have to check out and keep luggage somewhere for a few hours. It was also very brilliant location wise. The room was fine and clean.

There was a cold breakfast of standard items all day for breakfast. Lack of communication, throughout. The bedsheets weren't changed for the entire duration of the 1-week stay. The rooms were tiny for the cost we pay. No common areas ;

The doors are very noisy so you can hear the other guests movement as well when they leave or arrive. I would suggest to fix the plaster in the bathroom.

I stayed here second time so I knew this place well. The location is great and the area is safe, also I am comfortable with the agreements. The staff very kind and cooperative. The room is simple, clean and has everything you need for a few days. New air condition system has just installed, so the room is overall fine.

The one thing that I didn't like at all was the fact that there was only one pillow and it was really thin. A lot of hotels have backup additional pillows in a closet but this one did not. The towels were some strange thin material. I think there were these pieces of material that seem like pillowcases but I think they were hand towels? My wife complained to me that there was no place in the bathroom like a shelf to put anything. We had to leave at 7. An hour before breakfast started which we paid for. The person at the desk told us that the cab ride was 15 Euro to the airport. Maybe prices went up or maybe the taxi driver ripped us off it was over 21 Euro. Also when we got in our taxi the gentleman wanted cash. But our desk person said they take credit cards. Eventually the taxi driver said okay okay I can do cards. The taxi driver was pretty much miserable the whole time. Unrelated to the hotel. The taxi driver asked us" where to" at the very beginning and I said "the station " my wife immediately said no "the airport". So he drove and I think once we passed the train station he re-entered the airport so I think we paid for two separate taxi rides. No receipt was offered. I did not tip him. ( The desk gentleman did warn us that there was only one taxi company)

Location, when the desk person got there they were attentive and friendly. The air conditioner was new and cold. The place was clean and freshly painted. For one night the hotel was fine. ( Except for the pillows)

the wall transfer the sound . so you can hear everything around including the house keeping starting at 7 am makeing very very very large noise which can wake dead pepole
