Rooms need a bit of a refresh. There's 1 or maximum 2 power-sockets and they are far from the bed :(

Service is nice. They are always friendly and trying their best to help the guests. I feel almost at home when I come to Capitol. The hotel is located in an area where local Milanese people like to shop and hang-out. Breakfast is okay (Fresh orange juice!!! & Juicer are my favourite)

    No complaints whatsoever!

Very friendly and helpful staff; comfortable and pretty room; fantastic buffet breakfast, with great variety and everything delicious, and available for a comfortably large window of time in the morning. ***TIP: At breakfast, be sure to check out the unusual device for producing fresh-squeezed orange juice!***

The bath / shower could do with updating, I couldn’t figure out how to get the tv to work and the whole room is electric which is fine except in the dark I didn’t know which button was the lights, the curtains or the sos!

The bed was really comfy, the breakfast was really good with lots of options & the staff were very friendly.

The hotel was great. Bathroom may need some renovation in the near future but in general we were satisfy with the size of the room, the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and the location. It is very close to the Metro station but if you want to be on the streets all the time it is a bit far away from the city center. Overall we will stay again in this lovely hotel!!!!

I can hardly think of any quibbles about this hotel. Um . . . the elevator was kind of slow?

The breakfast buffet is available over several hours, which allows for a leisurely start to the day. A great variety of food is offered, from fresh-squeezed orange juice to fresh and stewed fruits, four or five types of bread and rolls, to scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, bacon, sausage, and a choice of cheeses, plus two kinds of breakfast cake, and on and on. The service was low-key but friendly and accommodating. A real star among hotel breakfasts!

The Bathroom would need some attention, was not the cleanest, mold was also visible, and the jakkuzi was not fully operational.

The hotel itself and the rooms were very nice. The location is conveneint -close to a Underground station, The Dome is in 30 minutes walking distance and a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants close by.

Rooms tired and need updating. It was very warm in my room despite heating off and outside temperatures of around 10 Celsius. Only one power socket in the room, at the entrance. Breakfast and gym only available from 7:00 - find that a bit late for business travellers

Friendly staff, freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast, free (basic) Wi-Fi

20 Euro seemed a bit steep for breakfast, but may be comparable for the area.

Very nice hotel in excellent location. Easy access to shops and restaurants near the hotel. Metro stop is also close by for transport to Centralle, Duomo etc. Views of the Alps in the distance on a clear sunny day. We did not try the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. We wish we would have known about the free coffee and cookies in the afternoon.

Hotel tries to position itself as "luxury", but without succeeding really. Room is small and badly organised, cleanliness is ok, but I would have expected more. The bathroom is in need of a renovation, ... While better than other hotels in Milan, it's not worth the price they ask.

The hotel is nice and most of the staff very friendly and helpful - but we booked for 3 people in a room and the 3rd bed is (as very usual in Hotels) a sofa converted to a bed. It was very uncomfortable plus, when pulled out, it was difficult for the 2 others sleeping in the bedroom to reach the bathroom at night, since you have to pass over the sofa bed!! Also, the technique for lighting and blinds is modern but not at all practical... Overall it is a good hotel but the price that we had paid was a bit expensive for the standard in the hotel... The garage is very tiny, difficult to park and costs 19Euro a day

I love the area - and always go back there - since you are in the city but in a more quiet area, less touristy, more residential. very well connected to the castillo and the duomo by metro (or also within walking distance) the area offers plenty of coffee places and is perfect for shopping (Corso Vercelli) almost no tourists - it's where the locals shop - prices for food and drinks are less expensive than by the duomo area - closeby "the last supper" by Leonardo da Vinci (reservation is necessary)

The decor is dated, and we had an odd corner/Jacuzzi bath with shower. Would much prefer a decent shower. The TV turns on every time you put the door card in the wall for power, which is annoying as you then have to manually turn it off.

The room was conformable, with air con and everything you might need. 2 Mins walk from the subway system giving really easy access to the whole city.

But unfortunately it is an old hotel in need of renovations. Very small bathroom and tiny shower. Huge disappointment - breakfast - in Italy I atleast expect some fresh bakery and especially amazing coffee. Coffee from a machine which made us to have breakfast in a great little cafe across the street.

Some small minuses: - First time not so easy to locate from street. (see attached photo) - Middle choose in breakfast. - Bed in single room 60-70 cm wide.

    - Really kind stuff, with willingness to help and do their best. Helped with early check-in and early breakfast (before departure to airport). Really interested in to find solution if you have any problems. Good English. - Comfortable rooms. Allow to sleep during a day in complete darkness, because curtains completely blocks the daylight. TV in wide variety of languages. - WiFi is one of the best I've seen in hotels. No problems at all with coverage/network load quality. As per info tabloid hotel even can give you a laptop for usage within room for free if you forgot your own.

The first room was very cold despite we had the heater turned on at 26 C(maximum), had furnitures very worn, the cleanliness wasn't the appropriate for a 4 stars hotel and the toilet flusher needed fixing. The hotel was fully booked so after two days they moved us to a better room(in which we had the heater on at 21 C, (I'm writing this, in order not anyone to think that we were eccentric/weird customers!) but again with very worn furnitures.
