The TV channels did not work well, many channels were off. The staff assured me that this problem would be checked on the same day, but nothing changed after that and during the next days.

the bed wasn’t comfy at all, it kept doing noises whenever I moved, it was cleaned okay but not that much, also the room wasn’t as great as I thought thinking how much I payed for it so not worth all of that money.

staff was really nice and available, and there’s food/drink/products if needed in the lobby which is great. good location overall.

Passage in front of bed too narrow and then became narrower due to flat TV attached to the wall. Hit my shoulder to the TV twice. My son hit his head multiple times. Hot and cold water alternating all the time during showers.

I had a ‘do not disturb’ sign on my door when I left the room for the day because I didn’t want my room made up, and my towels were hanging on the hooks in the bathroom as I didn’t want new ones. When I came back to the hotel my room was made up and I received 2 sets of new towels…they're encouraging sustainable travel and giving guests the option to do something about it so they should respect their choices.

The room was very spacious. I also liked that the hotel is pet-friendly.

Pubblic transport in the area did not work properly I had to take taxis.

The room clean, modern, fantastic view of Florence! Location out of the chaotic center, but just 20 minutes walk to get in there. I did not have breakfast at the hotel.

AC a bit noisy and no mini fridge in the room.

Room was ok with tv and AC. No mini fridge which would have been a bonus. Location was ok… nearest bus stop to centre was just a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was good for 9.50 Euro per adult.

It was a bit in need of repairs (the door frame to the bathroom was half broken), the lobby toiletswere full of mosquitos. The A/C in some of the rooms was smelly.

The view of my room was fabulous. The room was clean. Basic but clean. There was a problem with the room but was resolved with no issues. The location is great- a bit away from the dome but also more normal/local.

The room was very small and a bit gloomy. No kettle to make a tea or coffee, which is the minimum one would expect for this price. In the morning there was no wifi.

The view from the top floor overlooking Florence is great. The staff was very friendly. Nice that they have a 24 hour reception. The area around the hotel is quaint. Breakfast was very good for Italian standards.

Bathroom could use a little remodeling, which I noticed has been the case in different bedroom than the one I stayed in (I travelled with family and had multiple rooms booked).

Great location, easy access to the historical center and restaurants. Helpful staff, however not easy to handle the amount of check ins and check outs all at the same time.

Booking.com let us request an early check-in, which the hotel seemingly approved (about a month before travel); day of, we were told we couldn’t check in early, but we were welcome to leave our bags locked up. An acceptable compromise, but after 12 hours of travel, being told you have to kill 3 more hours in a city where you haven’t been yet at all is a hefty proposition.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be beat—it was at the far East end of the city, and the furthest away we had to walk was the SM Novella train station (about 30 minutes from door-to-door). The staff was very friendly and helpful, aside from a minor confusion about early check-in.

No kettle in the room. And bed is slightly uncomfortable with the mattress causing a back ache. No tea/coffee facilities which is expected from a normal 3 star property!

the breakfast room was too small and thus also too loud for the many student groups. Breakfast was excellent though.

Service was very good and responded quickly. Bus stops around the property for many bus lines.
